Dear Madam, We are sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your expectations, we do our best to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. We are well aware that British clients are used to having coffee / tea making faciities in their room. Please be informed that we do have kettles available on request and in the privilege category rooms there are Nespresso machines at your disposal. We are lucky to be in the town centre, close to the beach and restaurants, so obviously in the summer period there are more people around and the street can be noisy, patience is a virtue!
