A delightful room in an old villa.Posted Jul 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
The facility is an old villa with a multi-room annex. Plumbing is new with lots of water pressure. Location is a ten minute drive from central Bayeaux and a pleasant three block walk into Arromanches and the British invasion beach. The room was small but clean, well-lit and comfortable. Additional-cost breakfast was good. The staff was good, and the owner was very helpful, knows the area in detail and has contacts. For example, I needed to rent a car, but my usual program company, Hertz, was sold out. He made a phone call and I had a car in minutes at a better price. Overall, an exceptional value.

Great location and views over villagePosted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is beautifully set picturesque grounds on the top of the hill overlooking the village and the bay of Arromanches and within an easy 5 minute walk into a lovely village on the seafront. The hotel is currently undergoing some upgrades especially to the bedrooms, which were clean and comfortable but a bit dated and tired. The hotel management were very friendly, delightful and very attentive.

Lovely hotelPosted May 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was located in a lovely town, with a great view of the beach. It's about 30min from the American cemetery. The beds were very comfortable.
