In the restaurant "Es Romaní" you can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean and international specialities prepared by our Chef Martin Schattenberg. First class service and five-star style accompanied by delicious food in a romantic atmosphere. Daily open from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Capacities for up to 80 people in the restaurant and up to 40 people in the winter garden.
You will find a different kind of setting in the hotel´s pool bar "Chumbo" where delicious snacks and dishes are combined with excellent drinks. Located beside the pool and near the gardens, it is decorated with elegant chairs and tables in a charming atmosphere. Chumbo is open everyday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and it has 60 seats. The kitchen is open until 11.00 p.m.
The Golf bar is one of the most original and attractive bars on the island. This attraction is related to its decoration as well as to its service. You have the choice of any imaginable cocktail, especially mixed by Mateo the bartender or the bar chef Andreas Rousseau.
