I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room. I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all.

Wonderful resort but not in every aspect. Staff polite and helpful. Beautiful big pool and drinks served 24h/day. Comfortable chalés. The only complaint was the food, very little flavor, undercooked risottos, overcooked meats and even the desserts were just ok (they looked beautiful but they were not delicious). We had stayed previously in Vila Gale Cumbuco and Mares didn’t have the same food quality. We would love to come back again if they improve the restaurant quality.

Semana deliciosa!
Passei uma semana nesse resort, com esposa e filha bebê, além de um casal de familiares. Gostamos bastante! Acho que merece ser reconhecido o esforço do hotel para continuar prestando um atendimento bom e seguro durante a pandemia, apesar da necessidade de adaptação por parte de muitos hóspedes. A praia estava com água viva, mas a piscina nos serviu perfeitamente!

Lugar muito lindo , comida exelente , acesso a praia por dentro do resort , a unica coisa que eu nao gostei muito é a qualidade das bebidas quentes tipo , vodka, whisky pelo fato de ser open bar essa bebidas são mais baratas entao a qualidade delas é baixa , mas eles fazem bebidas deliciosas com varias frutas tropicais . Eu super recomendo esse resort. .

The location was great. A couple of the employees were real gems. The food at the reservation restaurants was really good. The food st the buffets was ok only. I didn’t like the fact that there was no concierge to help customers but alas most Brazilian hotels don’t.

Beautiful location and good all inclusive resort
All inclusive hotel catering more for Brazilian customers. Pool and beach area were great. Rooms large but dated with worn mattresses needing replacement. Rooms and public areas were kept clean. Variety of food options available from 5am until 3am, which means you will put on a few pounds staying here. beers, soft drinks and variety of cocktails. Nice clean beach. Staff generally friendly however no English spoken, luckily I speak some Portuguese. Negative for me was being vegetarian and limited option. Also cross contamination with vegetables being cooked on same grill as meat items. Chefs should be more knowledgeable on vegetarianism, even though the resort is in a big meat eating country.

We had to check out a day early because of illness. The food was not good. Most of the time the food was cold. We could not make reservations for restaurants. We were assigned a king size bed, but we received two twins punched together and kept falling out. We requested they give us one bed but the request was never acknowledged. There was a torn hammock on out balcony. It would of been nice to have a functioning hammock. I was told that it would be a shuttle bus to take us to the airport witch was a hour and half way from the resort ones I got there they said that We had to pay 200 reals per person. We end up paying $190 Uber ride. Very unfortunately. We had a spa day the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Overall it was more of a family gathering place. No action far away from everything and the surrounding point of interest. Definitely over priced. I just hope and pray that we can file a claim with CheapTickets and at least get the last day the we had to check out early. Definitely a learning experience. Blessed and grateful to be home alive.

The staff were very friendly. They speak little to no English, but try to be very helpful. Nice family oriented facility. Very safe. Has a variety of activities. But could use more activities for teenagers.

We spent a wonderful vacation at the hotel. The beach is awesome, the hotel facilities are very nice, the food was excellent. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools a lot.

Relaxing hotel with great food and pool
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel pool is lovely and the complex is next to a really stunning beach. The food at the hotel was the best I've had at an all inclusive hotel, the variety on offer is incredible. There is also a lovely restaurant that you can book which does some really tasty dishes. The staff are very nice but none (apart from the manager# was able to speak to us in English which was a problem at times as our Portuguese is not great. I would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing #not partying) holiday and for families as it caters very well for children.

Amazing restaurant
Hotel Vila Gale really has staff that has your satisfaction in mind. The staff was wonderful. The grounds are spacious and well kept. The rooms were very clean. The buffet always had an array of foods and drinks. If you stay more than 3 nights, you can make a reservation at the a la carte restaurants. I highly recommend Inevitavel- their Mediterranean restaurant. I consider myself well traveled and this food belongs in a major city at a 5 star restaurant. It was excellent and not at all something you would imagine at an all inclusive resort. Truly worth booking here just to try it. The pool is clean and always a good temperature. The beach is right behind the pool, but at this time of year the waves were active and by afternoon it wasn's safe to swim in the ocean, but laying out gave a nice breeze. There was entertainment at night- usually music. It's not a resort for party people more like couples who want a quiet stay or families. I would stay here again no questions asked for a nice relaxing vacation.

I have been in many all-inclusive resorts however this one was far the best. Exremely good attention and service. Good variation of the food, even though we stayed for 14 days. However the best part was seeing the kids having fun all day and enjoying their vacations. Always games arranged by the Kids Club. The attention from the people at the hotel are fantastic.This can 100 % be recomended

Razoável, foram 9 dias de estadias, resort muito cheio principalmente no final de semana onde parece que a rede Vila Gale abre Day Use e deixou o local muito lotado e deixando a desejar na reposição de alimentos e bebidas....Restaurante lotado na hoara do almoço/jantar.....falta de talheres na mesa e copos nos restaurantes e poucos funcionários para atender a quantidade de hóspedes no local.

A estrutura do Hotel é muito boa. Boas piscinas, bons quartos. Existe uma área próximo a praia com espreguisadeiras e sombreiros muito agradável. Sentimos apenas que o Hotel passa por um problema de falta de mão de obra. A reposição no restaurante era sempre demorada. Bares e comidas mais concorridas sempre ficavam com longas filas. Achei interessante trabalharem com várias marcas de cerveja, atendendo a todos os gostos. A água de coco por outro lado, achei muito ruim. O colchão do quarto, além de ser 2 de solteiros unidos, era muito velho. Com pequeno esforço sem dúvida o hotel poderia melhorar muito a experiência dos hospedes.

Já estive outra vez neste hotel perto de quando inaugurou e tudo decaiu drasticamente. A comida é com ingredientes de baixa qualidade, até mesmo nos restaurantes a Lá Carte (fui em 3), as bebidas são quentes e todas as sobremesas a base de gelatina. As louças sujas. A limpeza do quarto foi mediana, teve um dia q não colocaram papel higiênico e toalhas de rosto. Os mensageiros simplesmente não vão buscar as bagagens, mesmo com agendamento. Não há gerência, parece que a rede Vila Gale abandonou esse hotel e lá se adota a política do cobre caro mas entregue o mínimo.

O hotel tem uma estrutura sensacional, grande e com o espaço bem dividido! Porém, a parte do all inclusive eu achei bem mediano! A cerveja era sempre gelada, mas não tomei um refrigerante com gás, e nem comi nada que eu falasse que foi diferente e realmente gostoso, esperava mais do all inclusive! E também em algumas ocasiões ainda faltavam em torno de 1 hora para o restaurante o fechar e não tinha mais reposição. O resort é para quem realmente quer descansar, com muita atividade para criança!
