“Very nice and warm place”

The place was very nice. We felt very welcome, the bedroom was simple but good, the breakfast was very good, and the managers very nice people. However the description of the hotel at the expedia gave us the idea that the hotel was in Cambridge, but actually it was in a village near the city, and that uspset us a lot.

“Cambridge”

Heating and shower did not work in one room. Overall building cold, heating did not appear to work. Managers away and so temporary manager who was not well trained although as helpful as she could be. Breakfast was disappointing as we were asked what we wanted rather than offered a selection that was available. We asked for scrambled eggs and got something resembling an omelette. It was best to play safe after that and go for boiled eggs. Fruit and cereals good. Sadly it was overall a disappointing stay but one which had potential to be good.
