Mixed Bag!Posted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: The owner, convenient location & free parking
Location: Brilliant location for the town centre
The owner of the B&B could not have been more helpful - absolutely lovely. I ended up having to change rooms and the second one was by and large absolutely lovely and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a budget room - don't expect to pay budget prices and get gold star accommodation. Great value for money.

Basically tiredPosted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: Kevin the owner items off on one of the best breakfast. I'm really good man thank you
Cons: The rooms were tired do with an update on the towels are on the smelly side.
It's amazing building is one that really allowed me space and time. The people running that guesthouse are absolutely brilliant. However the laundry room is right next to the kitchens. This means that towels will always smell of fried food.

Overnight stayPosted Oct 2, 2013
I needed to stay in Peterborough at short notice to attend a meeting. This guest house was certainly VFM @ £25 for the nighg with breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and all facilities worked fine. Yes the hotel needs a bit of tlc but for the price this is okay. The owner cooked a lovely breakfast in the morning which set me up for the day with the added bonus of using the parking for the rest of the day.

Warm welcome on arrival from attentive host. Room was clean and cozy, and breakfast was "mansize", piping hot and tasty and set us up for journey home. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

Good for the moneyPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Not in the nicest area, but just outside the city centre. Bit rundown, but lovely owner and famous fried breakfasts.
