My college-age sons and I spent two nights at this motel in August 2009. Everything about our visit was first-rate. The clerks at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. Every room, I am told, has a view of Penobscot Bay or a patio. The motel is not in Belfast proper, so one has to drive into town, some 5 minutes away. The motel is about an hour from Bar Harbor and Arcadia National Park.

“Great place to stay”

This was my fourth or fifth stay here. Wonderful location, clean comfy place. Indoor pool and hot tub a big plus in maine(and the only indoor pool anywhere nearby). Love the waffles for breakfast.

“Restful Retreat”

My husband and I truely enjoy the Maine sea coast and Comfort Inn provided the restful atmosphere that we so desperately needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and treated us better than family. We look forward to visiting this area and hotel again in the near future.

“friendly staff, very clean”

very nice hotel for the price. The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were something that no other hotel around offered. The pool helped keep the kids entertained while it was cold and snowing outside.

views to the water is fantastic. Quiet clean hotel. staff is there to please you in every which way. Great value for the dollar.

We have stayed here twice in the last 5 years just as a littel get away for a night and have enjoyed it both times. Nice pool and hot tub..not big but satisfactory. Overall a great stay.
