When we checked in to this hotel we found a room with a broken empty fridge-no mini bar. There was also no coffee machine in the room. When we went to check out the gym it was an airless basement with inadequate AC and old equipment Then there was the pool area. People arrived every morning to reserve their loungers with a towel. They had that spot all day even if they went away for lunch or to walk the beach. The management did nothing about this problem. We had no where to sit in the sun multiple times. We finally checked out after only five days into a ten day booking. The food at breakfast was OK the dinner was terrible. This is not a four star hotel. H10 should be ashamed. Very poorly managed. Don’t stay at this place. Expedia needs to change its descriptor.

We regret that your stay with us did not fulfill your expectations because we always want and try our best to make sure our guests are comfortable and happy during their stay with us and we deeply regret that in your case it was not so. The minibar was replaced immediately after you reported it. The problem with the sunbeds was already discussed in the front desk on a few occasions and there were always empty sunbeds available, but not the ones that you wanted. The air conditioning of the gym was working properly but the temperature could not be lowered below 17 degrees. Regarding the dinner options, we apologize if it was not up to your expectations.As you already know because of previous visits, H10 hotels has many other national and international hotels that we really hope will meet your expectations.Best regards

We really enjoyed our stay at the H10, its relatively stylish and well appointed. Camp de mar is a thankfully quiet and low key village and the H10 enjoys a wonderful pool and bar area that drops straight onto the fabulous beach. Accommodation was spacious (a room shared by three) with A/C and great views of the bay. The staff were friendly, spoke many languages and were super helpful whenever we interacted. The breakfast was varied and high quality. We only had dinner once at the hotel, sadly, not the highlight and wouldn't recommend based on our experience. If you're going to Camp de Mar, book the restaurant on the island well in advance for as many nights as you can, it's fabulous! The Maria 5 next door to the H10 is also really great.

Good location
The location is great, very close to the beach with bars and restaurants nearby. Staff at the hotel were lovely. Actual hotel is OK, not boutique! I wouldn’t return to this hotel for the price we paid.

1-week summer holidays
Great location, beach is clean, beautiful, and not overcrowded. The sunbeds at the beach are rented by another service provider, costing €16 per day. Nonetheless we avoided it completely as the Hotel has direct access to the beach, and is very convenient to take a plunge into the crystal clear sea and walk few meters to the hotel sun-beds. The local beach bar “Maria 5” is a great option for libations and to relax after a sunny day, and the restaurants around, but the will not disappoint you on food quality: • Restaurant Illeta is not only about looks, the food is also great a but beware that it can often be fully booked, so a reservation is advised. • Restaurant Beach Club was another happy surprise, nonchalantly offering delicious dishes with a view to the beach. You can also easily reach the city of Palma by an express bus (air-conditioned, clean, and easy instructions on how it works), and be impressed by all it has to offer :) Overall, I recommend this stay, and would gladly return :)

Lovely two day visit
Stayed for two nights as part of tour of Majorca. Lovely welcoming reception staff. The hotel is right next to fabulous beach with plenty of sun beds. The pool is nice and has sun beds but do get busy. Meals were good and drinks well priced and not expensive. Hotel is next to fabulous sushi beach bar well worth a visit. We also visited Port Andraix which has many good restaurants.

Location perfect, food excellent, service was disappointing, Hotel really does need to review staffing levels there are simply not enough, Bar is rarely serviced and surely a huge loss of revenue to the Company, Residents were going elsewhere!! I did read previous customer reviews stating the same, regrettably no improvement in our experience Staff present at the hotel are a credit this review is not a criticism of their service. Right on the beach front. Just a step away from a couple of other restaurants/few shops and supermarket. The hotel has a really nice relaxed ambience. Soft music to listen to whilst sunbathing. Entertainment twice a week. Bus stop/taxi nearby to get into Port Andratx. Staff very nice. Evening meal is a la cartel rather than a buffet which is nice. Only couple slight negatives but not enough to spoil our stay. Maybe a little change in the menu during the week as it was the same menu every night but we did eat out a couple of times and the food in the hotel was lovely. Overall a really lovely stay.

Very disappointing stay
Very disappointing. Small superior rooms. Only difference was full sea view. Dated bathrooms. Need to climb into bath to use the shower. No handrails. Very grey towels. Breakfast was always cold and tables were never cleared. Lack of staff I feel! Reception nice with pleasant staff. All in all very expensive for little.

This is a difficult review as the hotel, from what we saw was beautiful. However, we got there and they had over booked. I was travelling with two friends and none of us had a room available. It seemed that everyone arriving the day we did had the same problem. We got moved to a much lesser hotel and only settled for it because we needed to stay in the area for a wedding. There were lots of angry customers that day, I don't know what everyone else experienced, but we basically got offered some free food. It didn't really cut it. As we were only there for a few days we didn't want to spend our trip arguing with them. The staff were friendly but ultimately they couldn't do anything to help because they simply didn't have the rooms available. I get the feeling it's not the first time it's happened either. SO I couldn't recommend the hotel on that basis.

September break , hotel made holiday blissfully uncomplicated. Shall definitely be returning next year. Bar snacks and service inconsistent. Bathrobes and towels not up to standard but this did not at all spoil anything about family break.

Lovely location
Hotel Blue Mar is well sited on a pretty cove and with direct access to the beach. There are pretty palm shades and plenty of loungers. Camp de Mar is small and modern with a few useful shops and restaurants. It does not suffer from the overdevelopment of other tourist hotspots on Mallorca. There are also good bus links to Palma and the local villages and towns. The hotel is pleasant and comfortable and serves very good food, though we would have found the restaurant too expensive if we were not on half board. There is a nice bar area and smallish pool, though the beach and delightfully warm, calm, clear sea is just beyond the gate. Our room and bed was very comfortable though some of the important details were lacking. The air conditioning did not work properly and was very noisy. They couldn't repair it. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open in order to keep a reasonable temperature at night. The 'white' towels were the greyest and least fluffy we have ever had anywhere. Coffee capsules were not always replaced. Small things but niggling, though we did enjoy our stay. Parking at the hotel is free, but very limited, though we always managed to find somewhere nearby. We noted that the hotel is closing in October, perhaps for refurbishment as it is a bit jaded. So they probably haven't bothered to deal with some of the important details at the moment. If it is refurbished it could be a very good place to stay in a beautiful spot, away from the crowds.

No room for us when we arrived
Arrived after 23.00 only to be told that due to a computer error they did not have a room for us. Despite this being a pre paid booking. In stead they sent us to a sister hotel in Santa Ponca!! Not what we expected. To be fair the night manager was very sympathetic and helpful to the best of his ability. He offered us a complimentary lunch the following day. The sister hotel was adequate but not of the same standard as we had hoped for.

We stayed here for a week as a friend was getting married nearby. Location was fabulous for what we needed, although there are few restaurants to choose from at Camp de Mar. Breakfast and lunch are both fantastic at the hotel, as are the chill out beds on the 5th floor. The bedrooms are in need of a renovation and are not as modern as the rest of the hotel and there is very little storage. The walls are also very thin and you can hear all bathroom noises in the morning! Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if we needed to be in this location.

Good adults only hotel in very pretty bay
Very friendly and helpful staff at this Hotel. Food was excellent at both breakfast and evening dinner. Well worth paying extra for a room with a balcony with a full sea view. As with a lot of Hotels getting a sun bed round the pool is not always easy. Needs a pool attendant to remove towels when not used for a while. Set in a very pretty bay with some good restaurants. Also only a few minutes bus or car ride into Port d'Andrtx.

Good location
Nice clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bedroom.Good location very close to a nice beach. Buffet breakfast. Buffet dinner on a Sunday, rest of the week a la carte. Unfortunately there were only three a la carte menus. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday repeated on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Not all that much of a choice and the main courses, which were served with sauce, had little blobs of sauce at the edge of the plate and tended to be dry. Very helpful pleasant staff. I believe that they were short staffed, so through no fault of their own the staff were at times under some pressure during busy periods. Bathroom clean and functional, but on the verge of becoming a little dated. Nice pool. Despite instructions not to reserve pool beds with towels, this was not enforced. On our room literature it said that the pool closed at 1900hrs. On the second day we were there a new notice was erected by the pool stating that the pool closed at 1800hrs. In reality people ignored both notices and continued to use the pool beyond 1900hrs anyway. Close to beach, very busy beach, but once in the sea, plenty of space for swimming and good snorkelling. All in all, a pleasant stay, but not planning a return visit.

Solid hotel but with rather basic services
The hotel is very solidly located at the bay, has overall a good impression but with rather basic services, rock-the-box amenities. Pool is good with the bar and restaurant surrounding. Beach is just 10 min away - reachable through the pool area. Impression is though, that the personnel is lacking the necessary amount of people. So, the impression is that the services are efficient but no extras, no special feeling about the hotel and all takes it time. English or German not really spoken, leaves no friendly impression.
