Lovely small hotel, quiet, close to beach.Posted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: The quietness, the relaxed atmosphere, great views, fantastic choice at breakfast, and no rush because they served until 10.30am.
Cons: Unfortunately the set dinner in the restaurant was not great. Also, there was a charge for using the safe - unusual nowadays, and not welcome.
Location: Really liked restaurant next door (Petit Ambassador). Restaurant on the island in the bay was stunning. Buses to Palma, Andraitx etc frequent.
We really enjoyed our stay at H10 Blue Mar. The public areas are stylish and well-presented, with a lovely pool. Our room was comfortable, although a bit outdated compared to the public areas of the hotel, and the bathroom was perfectly clean but would have benefited from being upgraded. The view from our balcony was lovely, and we appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. The hotel is very quiet; by 11pm each evening there would only be a handful of residents in the bar, so not a place for lovers of nightlife. The hotel has a policy of not allowing sun beds to be reserved by leaving towels etc on them, and the policy works - there were always free sun beds. Camp de Mar is a lovely small resort, with a few restaurants/bars, most of which were good. We loved the beach, and the hotel's proximity to it. Overall, we felt that we had landed on our feet, and we would certainly hope to return.

Excellent Relaxing HotelPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: The small deck on floor 5, on the hotel roof, allowed for perfectly peaceful sunbathing. Just enough for 8 couples, but was never full.
Cons: Might sound lazy, but would have been good for bar service to visit the sunbathing deck on floor 5, perhaps hourly, to take drinks orders.
Location: Not much around - only a resort for relaxing. Enough shops and restaurants to get by for a week without getting bored.
Wonderful relaxing boutique hotel in the quiet resort of Camp de Mar. Not many facilities in the resort, but a handful of small restaurants, mini market, ice cream parlour is all you need. The hotel was adult only - clean and quiet. Felt very much that we were left to ourselves to relax, but at any time could contact the hotel staff and they would attend to our request. Top quality sun loungers and complimentary beach towels. Private door led right to the beach to allow for daily swims in the sea.

Pros: Location, facilities, food an d friendliness of staff
Cons: Back ground music in the bar area in the evening.
Location: Quiet location, lovely beach with beautiful clear water.
Arrived looking for a quiet relaxed few days and this hotel offered it all. The superior rooms with the chill out beds were perfect for chilling out on in the evening. The location of the hotel was perfect, the beach was 50meters from hotel.

Relaxing adults only hotelPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The pool area and chill out terraces. The staff and the restaurant and bar.
Cons: Rooms could be a bit bigger, the only thing superior about the superior doubles is the sea view.
Location: You need to hire a car to explore the island but can easily go to Port D'Andraxt and Peguera by bus from Camp de Mar.
My husband and I spent a week here with a large group as we were in Mallorca for a wedding. The hotel looks great having just been refurbished and we upgraded to one of the new 'chill out' rooms with a private sun terrace which I highly recommend. All rooms have some view of the sea and the superiors are all facing the sea which makes for a lovely view. The pool is a decent size and there are plenty of sun loungers both in the sun and the shade and there was never that 'battle' for sun loungers despite the hotel being fully booked. The hotel opens out onto Camp de Mar beach which is covered in sun loungers but was always very busy. The breakfast buffet was vast and of a great standard and the bar was open all day offering drinks and cocktails at reasonable prices for the area. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but others in our party did and said the food was great. There are three restaurants next to the hotel and we ate in them all and thought all were great but would choose the Restaurant Siesta as the best of the three. The staff are friendly and helpful and tried to answer every query to the best of their ability and were really patient and accomodating with such a big group of us. The hotel is designed for relaxation and we certainly did, barely leaving Camp de Mar (which is very small). If you do want to explore the island I recommend you hire a car as although the bus route is regular it takes a long time which could make day trips very lengthy.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing holidayPosted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Spoilt for choice at breakfast; enjoyed the cava! The pool area is spacious and ease of access to the beach is a bonus. Dinner was
Cons: Air conditioning unit noisy at night. Need (decent) tea bags and kettle in rooms for English guests. Make up room earlier (before siesta time).
Location: As well as wandering around Camp de Mar we used the bus service to visit Andratx (for Wednesday market) and Palma (to see the cathedral) and Peguera.
My daughter and I have just spent a wonderful week here; it's a perfect location for a peacful, relaxing holiday. It really is as lovely as it looks in the pictures! The staff are very welcoming and freindly, partiicularly the restaurant and bar staff who always went out of their way to be helpful.

Great hotel close to the beachPosted Jul 9, 2014
Cons: Adding longer mirrors and more queen sized beds.
This hotel was located towards the end of the beach. Which was perfect for us, highly recommended for couples trying to enjoy a nice getaway since there are no children allowed at this hotel.

Holiday to celebrate our 20th Wedding AnniversaryPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Plenty of sun beds, excellent food, friendly staff, restaurant staff very attentive.
Cons: Possibly have more lively evening entertainment and soft background music during the day.
Location: A must to visit Palma Cathedral and local Ports
We choose this hotel to help us celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel lived up to all expectations, the delight of visiting the 5th floor with the double sun beds and a view to die for. Food excellent, staff professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will definitely make a return visit.
