Okay hotel and close to where we were traveling.

Pros: Friendly staff and Landscape and decor was pleasant.
Cons: More attention to detail on renovation and how people would use and move within the space. Elderly or disabled would not utilize bathroom well.
Location: Close to Harrisburg.
Hotel staff at check in and out were very friendly and thoughtful. Beds were comfortable and main room was clean. However, the room we were in was supposed to have just been renovated and the small bathroom left a lot to be desired. Shower drain was slow to drain, shower head sprayed more water out onto walls and could not be adjusted to comfort. Hard to reach shower fixtures (leaned over bulky counter). No where to put soap etc in shower. Fan did not work well and trim around doorway had not been replaced and was rotting where the shower water was leaking to floor. Also had poor TV picture quality.

When you drive up you will think there has been an error with your reservation. It looks like older apartments, not a hotel. Definitely 2 star on the outside. Then you walk in and surprise. Nice decor and the room was great - 4 1/2 star room. Was worth the money. Reserved the room thru expedia. Learned that your guarantee does include the type of bed you reserved. Reserved and needed two double beds. Was given king bed and told doubles were not available. Happily we improvised and were happy with our n stay.

Pros: The hotel was next to a Perkins which was nice for breakfast.
Cons: a mini fridge, updating the shower, larger bathroom, more pillows, more comfortable mattress
Location: There is a sports complex nearby for roller hockey and indoor soccer tournaments.
There were a few things about this hotel that were annoying enough that I don't think we would go back. The shower made a loud noise while being used. There was no mini fridge to keep drinks cold. We also found the beds uncomfortable despite having the ability to adjust the firmness. There were only two small pillows on each full size bed so it was uncomfortable trying to watch tv.

Pros: Everything from the cleanliness of the room to the room service.
Location: We were there to see our son off, he was at MEPS to be shipped to Parris Island the next day. Marine Corp.
Room was clean and staff was friendly. The front desk employees were wonderful.

Expedia issues

Pros: Lounge was quaint
Cons: Expedia!
Location: 25-30 minutes to Hershey!
My experience was good. I was unaware that when you book thru Expedia...you are only assured of a room.....not the #of beds you request. Staff was great...but we ended up with one bed instead of 2. Would have been a huge issue if our other friends had come. Staff gave us a free breakfast (it was good) but they had no other rooms for us,

Great hotel in Harrisburg, PA

We stayed one night. It was easy to find a convenient parking space. The front desk/ guest services person was friendly and helpful. The carpets in the halls were newer and clean. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, adequately spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. (I like the sleep number bed.) unlike some hotels that only offer soap and shampoo, we found bath soap, facial soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and mouth wash, a nail grooming kit, a shower cap, and two neatly folded bath robes. I was very pleased. The coffee provided in the room was of good quality, and it made the morning go more smoothly. I would stay here again and would recommend it to a friend or colleague.

Not What I Expected From Radisson

Plain and simple, this facility just did not live up to my expectations for a Radisson Hotel. The room was clean, however: the bed mattress' were quite lumpy and old; the bathroom was relatively old and small; the parking lot was well worn and required repairs. In their defence, there were numerous good restaurants in the area.

Nice Hotel skip the breakfast buffet

Pros: Beds were comfortable and the swimming pool is great.
Cons: The shower heads are water savers and do not give a great shower.
The hotel is clean, the people were nice. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. It is not too often that a hotel has a large pool with a deep end. this pool is in a great setting with a huge tree for shade on the side. I would say that the pool made my visit great. My only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. I have stayed at hotels that serve the same layout for breakfast for free. This hotel charges $10 and the food was not fresh or appetizing. To the credit of the hotel manager, he removed the charge from my bill when I addressed the matter with him and said he would speak to the restaurant manager. I believe he will and I hope they correct the issues with the food as this is a nice place to stay. Rob
