DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! THIS IS NO LONGER A HOTEL!!! IT WAS TAKEN OVER BY BC HOUSING!!!! IT IS NO LONGER TRAVELODGE AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER TO REFUND YOU!!! IT TOOK ME A COUPLE OF DAYS TO EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK.

The staff was friendly and approachable. The building itself… is apparently the epicentre for drug use, if you have kids I would not recommend. There was a “methy” vibe that probably won’t resonate with some travellers.

I booked this date meaning it for august. I had the wrong month so August trate was very different from my booked rate . I asked as we have no w été to go if I could get the same rate . They said they just found out no rooms anywhere so the price went up again to 400$ !!!!!!!! I never paid we slept in the car and that is called racketeering

I was very suprised how small the room was the beds had a 1 pillow each asked for more didnt have any Bathroom are small Tv image was like stepping into the 70s again the tv was very small nothing new or upgraded Stayed more than one day no garbage was taken out had to go and ask for toilet paper The nice thing over all we were close to all amenities

Lacking in garbage pickup, much evidence of disrepair and neglect on the exterior of the building. All the exterior doors on our wing had what I imagined was a hammer dent on it. The room we had however was perfect. It was small, but very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and it was evident that it had recently received some upgrades. Our check-in reception was swift and friendly. The help staff were also friendly and greeted us when we saw them.

The police drove through the parking lot at least twice that I noticed. I guess there’s a lot of homelessness and drugs in the area. We didn’t have any problems but it didn’t feel the safest. Probably the worst part was the old urine and cigarette smell. It was gross. The tub took an hour to drain after a shower. On the plus side the beds were pretty comfy.

Hotel is very run down. Also half of the hotel is being used for welfare/homeless, guests should be informed of this before booking, staff did not even mention it upon checking in.

Rundown Hotel. Poor value . Rented a kitchenette and got a fried , microwave and no sink. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Half the hotel was long term rental with lots of visitors

This hotel is very old and run down. The photo of the room on Expedia is not what the hotel room looks like. Everything, from bed to carpet needs to be replaced. Paid top season price for this, with a disclaimer we had to sign before getting keys saying"you cannot cancel, as you have received a "special rate" which was over $250 dollars per night.

There was nothing good wzy to pricey. Dirty smelled like smoke and the fridge smelled like fish. It seems that Expedia gets the problem rooms. Stay clear of this hotel!!

The only redeeming quality about the stay was that the sheets & bathroom were relatively clean. The property is generally run down, and at a lower price point this would be acceptable, but charging a premium rate for a NON-premium property does not win over clients. The DEAL BREAKER was the fact that the motel has contracted a portion of the property to house the homeless. This definitely should have been disclosed online during the reservation process and again at check-in. Exposing the general motel clients to this as a 'surprise', especially for families with children is unacceptable. I personally observed several angry clients dealing with issues regarding this... As a result of this experience, I will personally NOT trust the Travelodge brand for future stays, and after using Expedia for years, I now find myself questioning Expedia's reliability and trustworthiness for future accommodation bookings...

The service was good and room was clean and location was good. We were disappointed with the fact the outdoor pool was closed due to covid while other hotels in area had pools open. And no breakfast provided made the hotel rate a little high for what we got.

It was close to the Air Park walk, which was very nice; and close to a mall which was convenient. Disappointing that there was no breakfast service, and I didn't find out until I checked in.
