Conveniently located close to shopping and cultural venues. Atmospheric, restored older building. Well maintained and clean.

“Not too bad”

There are only a couple of hotels in Campbellsville. The staff at the Super 8 were extremely nice and polite with a touch of southern charm. The rooms were average, but priced right. Had a nice breakfast, even with waffles. I drink decaf coffee and they normally don't make it, but took the extra effort to make a pot for me, very nice. If I go back I wouldn't have a problem with staying there again. Especially since it was cheaper than the other hotel. The parking lot was well lite and I felt safe and secure.

“Good Value Motel!”

Very clean; all amenities in good condition and working; staff pleasant, courteous and helpful. Price was excellent. Only drawback was small size of room. I will definitely use this motel in the future if the need arises.

“O.K. if you have no other choices”

Our room was not ready on time. We left and returned 2 times. They claimed short cleaning staff. The room had been vacuumed but probably not dusted in quite a while. I really don't think our tub was cleaned as it didn't look clean and had a lot of hair still in it. (just not to appealing!) All other hotels were booked or we would have spent our money elswhere.

“miserable”

The manager was rude and disrespectful. They told me repeatedly that I could only have 4 people in the room when I made them look up the reservation and see that it was for 5. There were only 3 towels in the room, and no pool towels. When we asked for pool towels they gave us 2 towels, and when we asked for more we were told we had to bring the wet towels back before they would give us any more. They provided an iron the 3rd time we asked, and it was old and barely worked and leaked water everywhere.

Staff at hotel did not speak or understand spoken english well enough to communicate with my needs.
