“It's okay for what it is”

Stayed here because I was on a couple of days hiking trip. Hiked all 6 of the Halton Conservation Areas. If you're looking for a high class place ... this isn't it. But it's very central to all of the hiking I did, the customer service was nice, and the food was great. Enjoyed my little trip but the dampness in the room got to me after a while which made it nice to get back home.

“Decent place to stay.”

Staff was nice & attentive. We asked for more pillows & blankets & asked them how to use the thermostat. They came within 10 miutes! Warm room, but old, very old. Ceiling had wet marks (no roof leak, but the we marks indicate there was in the past). Like the free parking. Dinning room/restaurant was fair. Food was ok for the location & since we didn't want to go elsewhere for dinner, it was convinient to ahve it on site. If you spend a bit more money on remodeling, it would look better. We only stayed for 1 night, it was enough & appropriate for the price. Glad to have wifi access, but had to be in the bar or restaurant. Would have been more convinient if it was available in the room.
