Staff is great, they are super nice and helpful. The property has all you need. Breakfast is excellent. The only thing I didnt like was the carpet in the hallways, it looks a bit worn down but the rest of the hotel looks quite good.

Rooms are ok but the beds were too soft and you sank into them. No mini fridge. No room description to ensure a balcony. Bathroom towels were old and ratty.

They charged me the night because your system ddint update them with the payment of my redeemed night. I spend hours to get a refund from them, however it will take them like 10 days to return the money to my credit card.

It was a very disappointing experience. A) the hotel staff had no idea on tourist attractions or tourist places. B) they offered few help for problem solutions, they lacked of training. C) we wated 2 hours for our room to get fixed (the doors battery got stuck) D) bathrooms are very old, and not friendly with elder people. I suggest a safety carpet in the bath tub. E) Some rooms do not have hygiene kit. F) Nevertheless the breakfast was delicious.

The first room was what I have reserved. It was real good one. Wide enough and with a balcony as I requested. The problem was Wending and Ice machines. The room was facing these machines and they were so loudly... I had to change the room. Unfortunately the new room was much smaller and no sofa and no shower place... So\ I could not say it was pleasent stay...

We came to the hotel at 4 pm. Checkinn is at 3 pm. Paid for a superior room. Our room was not ready, they ended us giving a regular room. Instrad of offering something in return, I had to propose that they include the breakfast. Room had the phone line off. Had to call reception through my cell. They offered to change rooms, after 1 hour waiting. We did not do it because that meant to go downstair, make a checkout and then checkinn. Due to the slow service, we decided to keep the small phoneless room and go to visit the city. Gym in very poor condition. Food and restaurant service is great though. Too bad they are trapped in that hotel. It is NOT a holiday inn experience.

The Green Inn in Campeche

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Campeche
We had an overall great 7 night stay at Holiday Inn Campeche Our room on the second floor with a generous balcony offered a fantastic view of the water and the amazing palm leaf restaurant that sits on the water's edge across the street. The malecon miles long walkway provided a picturesque and cooling stroll every evening to the center of town and to the "central park" of Campeche where we watched daily life unfold. There was one event during our stay that for some party goers went until 2:15 AM with some not so pretty and some very loud music. It was only a handful of people at that hour and I doubt that their side party was probably sanctioned by hotel management. However the hotel should better monitor this kind inappropriate late night noise. 2:15 in the morning is usually considered sleep time in most hotels. We will be back... after we check on any plans for late night loud music. DO GET A ROOM WITH A BALCONY!!!!

Okay hotel that's right on the water
This hotel was perfectly fine for a short visit, but it's certainly not in the best location. There is a ton of construction going on across the street and the area is not very walkable. There's not a ton of restaurants in the area, so you will have to hike a bit if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, but nothing to celebrate. The air conditioning stopped working after the second night, so the room started to get humid and uncomfortable. Honestly, not my greatest hotel experience, but it was okay for the price.

The hotel has a venue for parties that kept us up till 3:30 in the morning with the loud music. Staff would not accommodate guests needs that needed to sleep.

The room was great and the availability of a free high quality clothes washer and dryer were wonderful. The service in the restaurant was too attentive for my tastes, removing dishes seconds after I had finished using them. There was an excellent gym 15 minutes away. The view from the room of the Gulf of Mexico was very nice.
