The front desk staff went above and beyond to help with printing and copying documents needed for an appointment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although the barhroom is outdated the lighting is good, space adequate and the water was hot.

Beautiful lobby. Restaurant was priced accordingly and much cleaner than the outdoor places on 59 due to the construction going on there. It is not in the fort walls, so location wasn’t great with lots of traffic. The park across the street needs cleaned up. Next to the botanical gardens which are closed for reconstruction! Protected parking lot is a plus! Would stay here again if in Csmpeche

Perfect location, elegance took my breath away, dining room reminds me of more elegant times, food very good even for a vegetarian. Friendly attentive staff. Across the street from a park and museum/botanical garden. Easy access to Malecon, El Cento, major sites and route 180.

This hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to any of the sights in the centro. The rooms are a little dated. The bed sheets did not fit on the bed and I constantly woke up in the middle of the night sleeping directly on the mattress. Also the wifi was very spotty. If you needed the internet for work this would be very annoying.

The hotel is ideally located. From the outside, it is a beatiful building, but from the inside, it is dated. It is clean though. The parking on site was full, so the reception person indicated another parking location one block away

Great room, great location, nice people
We had a beautiful room that was really large. The AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable. This is a beautiful hotel, the desk people were lovely when I was asking for directions or a coffee pack. This hotel is well located. We will definitely stay here again.
