It has a perfect location, seafront, just cross the street and enjoy the wlakway a round the bay. I spected to actually get a room ocean-view but ther was any aviable. The room it's kind of small, but they have nice facilities.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, we paid for breakfast with the reservation. We were told the hot buffet was not include, but they meant special orders extra
Cons: WiFi in the room did not work second day, had to go to lobby. The secondary Wi-Fi network was not accessible from room. Not much English.
Location: If driving, enter Campeche from south which is unpopular and road controlled by Federal Police. State police stop us and demanded 1000 pesos.
Modern, clean, bathrooms a little old but all working. Very nice beds. Great air conditioning and TV. Staff very helpful and professional, little English understanding in the hotel like much of Campeche. Parking is easy, and the Hotel is right on the 180 highway ocean front boulevard, just down from the old city and Best Western. The old city is a 15 minute walk along the oceanfront, I was told the hotel had a free shuttle you can book to take you into the city but my spanish is almost nonexistent. The hotel neighbours a number of restaurants and stores. We like the Vips which is an excellent Mexican chain owned by Walmart. Lots of computers in the business center. Old city is very nice, traffic and parking nearby is crazy.

We have stayed 2 nights and it was great experience. Hotel is close to historical city center and is next to riviera. Some nice restaurants are nearby. Breakfast is good and service is good. The only thing we did not like is pillows were too hard.

Legitimate 4.5 star hotel, just short of elegant. Fronts on busy rt. 180. Beyond that road is the sea. Perfect for the superb tarpon fishing nearby (Guide needed). About 10 blocks from the zocalo. Small American chain restaurants adjacent. Breakfast at hotel is very good.

Pros: The location
Cons: Breakfast WiFi Cleanes of the pool Pillows
I just went there for one night, because I was going to run the Marathon of Campeche. The location of this hotel is very good, is right in the malecón, ocean view, but the only thing that I didnt like was that when I booked the hotel the offered Breakfast but when I arrived they gave me the famous "continental breakfast" wich only includes fruits, coffee and juice. Also the WiFi was very bad, didnt work very well and when it worked was so slow. Anyways, the location is good, the pillows a little hard, and the pool not so clean. In general, i think that the hotel is a little bit overpriced. For less than that price I rather to stay in one of those big chains like hollyday or Ibis.

Business stay

Pros: Facilities and staff. Free to and from airport.
Cons: Restaurant and maybe a bar. And a PRINTER for the business office. Three computer stations and I always got one without waiting.
Location: Anything to do was a good walk away and the heat prevented walking to center city.
Loved the hotel except no bar and no restaurant. Close by restaurants were all American fast food and far too noisy for an enjoyable meal. Center city was too far to walk so cabbed it to eat local. Breakfast at the hotel was exceptional and so was the breakfast staff.
