“Horrible Experience”

The hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. It is dirty, with plastic sheets, bedding and everything else. The hotel desk clerk, barely speaks English. It is in the middle of nowhere. I did not feel safe. Breakfast was cereal boxes. That was it. Conference center, gym....complete joke. Stay away.

“Nice For The Price”

All I wanted/need was a clean comfortable room for my one night stay. I got what I paid for. I would certainly stay again if/when I'm back in the area.

Could be cleaner, and furniture could be repaired and/or updated

“Clean and friendly but not fancy”

Went to concert at CMAC and the motel was very close to event. The room was clean and the staff friendly. No bells or whistles but it was it quiet and clean and the beds comfy. Would book there again.

“Bring your Lysol wipes”

The room was dirty. Sheets and towels were changed but that's probably it. The toilet seat was clean but there were icky stains running down the outside of the bowl. There were rings from soda cans on the tables. Carpets weren't vacuumed.

“Breakfast not so good”

There were very few guests & I believe as a result, they did not tend to the breakfast. Milk in the fridge was bad - no new rolls. My only complaint - otherwise - worth the cost .

“Canandaiqua N.Y.”

Very nice place. Clean with no visable flaws. I'd stay there again, and most likely will next year.

“Springfield MA”

The hotel managers couldn't speak English very well but they were very nice. They let my 16 year old check in while I was outside. That was a first for me.......The continental breakfast was prepackaged muffins in a box and some ceral. Good coffee though. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

“Red Carpet Inn”

The hotel was very pleasant and our room was great. Very big, nice amenities and a huge jacuzzi. I honestly did not expect this much out of such a small place, but I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Pleasant staff, too!
