Not recommended: The hotel was fine but definitely it is not a 4.5 stars hotel it looks more like a motel. It doesn't worth the price published. The room was clean but looked quite old. The location is great since all the touristic attractions are near and in the afternoon is easy to find where to have dinner. They have complementary movie service. We were ok to stay at the hotel even it wasn't what we expected. The second night the air condition wasn't working properly, it was warming the room instead of cooling it and it was a very hot day. We called the front desk and they sent someone to check the air condition. The service man told us that it wasn't working so we have to open the window!! A big window without insect protection with lots of insects flaying outside... We called again the front desk and they decided to change our room at 1 am. Finlay they move us to a suit that looked much more better than the other room. So, the hotel is fine but is too expensive for what it is. See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: Located in downtown Canberra, close to main shopping mall and bus station. Hotel room has full kitchen so you can save money by getting groceries from the IGA two blocks away. Rooms are non-smoking, but each room has a decent sized patio. See all reviews for this hotel

Not recommended: This hotel is not a place I would recommend.They acknowledged my prepaid room but billed me for it again.After 5 conversations with the "management" they still did not issue credit although they claimed to.Finally had Card issuer charge back to them.Lots of construction and noise as well See all reviews for this hotel
