bom mas precisa melhorar em alguns pontos

Se minha avaliação levasse em conta apenas o quarto daria nota máxima, é amplo, completinho, com tudo funcionando a contento. Porém fiquei insatisfeito com alguns pontos. O atendimento não foi muito cordial. Cheguei ao meio dia para o check in e fui informado que somente as 15h o quarto é liberado (tudo bem, constava na reserva), deixei minha bagagem no hotel e fui ao shopping próximo, ao retornar no horário combinado foi me pedido "mais um minutinho", resultado, somente as 16h tive acesso ao quarto, depois de receber por duas vezes "chaves" eletrônicas que não funcionaram. Solicitei que minha bagagem fosse encaminhada ao quarto mas esperei e nada... tive que descer novamente (por volta das 17h). Isso faz diferença para quem passou a noite toda entre vôos e conexões. Quando precisei de informações turísticas não fui bem atendido. O café da manhã é composto por: uma xícara de café ou chá, um copo (não tão cheio) de suco de laranja artificial e 2 torradas. Como não tomo café perguntei se poderia trocar por leite quente, no primeiro dia fui atendido, no segundo dia informaram que o leite seria um "adicional", com custo extra... A localização é boa mas para acesso a zona hoteleira precisa caminhar uns 10 minutos. De lá fomos caminhando para vários outros pontos, dentre eles: shopping las américas (5 minutos); plaza de toros (5 minutos); Avenida boulevard em frente ao las americas (grata surpresa, linda vista, 5 minutos), terminal ADO e walmart (15 minutos).

estuve en el hotel una noche y mi esposa dijo que paso la mejor noche de todas, las camas son excelentes los tendidos parecen nubes muyyy comodos, buena limpieza, internet excelente. los felicitamos, si volvemos a México llegariamos allá. sigan así en el camino de la excelencia

Muy bien en general todo, tienen buen ambiente, las habitaciones son cálidas, el personal de restaurant muy bien, lo único que no me dejó a gusto fue la recepción, muy fría la chica, muy cortante y me hizo esperar mas de 40 minutos en darme la habitación. De ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Pros: La literie
Cons: L'accueil, le petit déjeuner, la prise en charge des clients
Location: Il faut marcher 20 bonnes minutes pour atteindre le vrai centre ville et découvrir notamment la place "parque de las papalas"
Hotel pas très bien situé, un peu éloigné Personnel pas très aimable Mauvaise organisation dans l'hôtel Petit déjeuner assez moyen Chambre pas très clean et bruyante ( accolée à un Appart hotel avec porte communicante) Pas de chambre de courtoisie pour se changer ou se rafraîchir avant départ Cet hotel n'est pas à la hauteur tant au niveau des services que du personnel.

Tourist who just wanted a fair deal

Cons: The attitude of the manager on duty, the air conditioning, the parking situation, the ambiance of the hotel, etc. etc.
Location: Casino next door with cars parked everywhere.
The desk manager was not friendly, gave us a smoking room with an ash tray and tried to tell us it was a non-smoking room, would not give us the free breakfast, there is no secure parking, the room was hot and took all night to get the air conditioning to cool it down. Small towels, bad view, not a good neighborhood next to the casino. Could not wait to get out of there.

Thank you for your comments, we're working to improve our service. (did you have any problem with the parking) The parking is monitoring 24 hrs by a security sistem. About the neighborhood we are located at main avenue, Down town, near to main malls, banks, hospitals and entreteinment. regards.

Watch out for item charges in the room

Cons: The attitude of the management staff.
This is a pretty good hotel to stay in Cancun city. However you have to be very careful about all items (they called it mini bar) in your room. The pre-packaged coffee next to coffee maker usually is free in US. But in this hotel, they charge $32 pesoes. The minute we opened the package before brewing we smelled the unfreshness. We took a sip after brewing. We paid $32 pesoes for it. The attitude of the owner/manager is kind of rude when we told her about the coffee. She could have said it nicely instead of "if you opened it, we cannot resell it to others".
