Tourist who just wanted a fair deal

Pros: Not much
Cons: The attitude of the manager on duty, the air conditioning, the parking situation, the ambiance of the hotel, etc. etc.
Location: Casino next door with cars parked everywhere.
The desk manager was not friendly, gave us a smoking room with an ash tray and tried to tell us it was a non-smoking room, would not give us the free breakfast, there is no secure parking, the room was hot and took all night to get the air conditioning to cool it down. Small towels, bad view, not a good neighborhood next to the casino. Could not wait to get out of there.

Thank you for your comments, we're working to improve our service. (did you have any problem with the parking) The parking is monitoring 24 hrs by a security sistem. About the neighborhood we are located at main avenue, Down town, near to main malls, banks, hospitals and entreteinment. regards.

Watch out for item charges in the room

Pros: Close to airport and many shops.
Cons: The attitude of the management staff.
This is a pretty good hotel to stay in Cancun city. However you have to be very careful about all items (they called it mini bar) in your room. The pre-packaged coffee next to coffee maker usually is free in US. But in this hotel, they charge $32 pesoes. The minute we opened the package before brewing we smelled the unfreshness. We took a sip after brewing. We paid $32 pesoes for it. The attitude of the owner/manager is kind of rude when we told her about the coffee. She could have said it nicely instead of "if you opened it, we cannot resell it to others".

Good value for a large room but the A/C was freezing! Location is central and relatively convenient but not fancy. Included breakfast is toast and coffee, other options available for purchase.

Pros: Cleanliness - Staff- Location
Cons: The gym Include more meals- for a price of course.
Location: Central location- The Mall- Close to beach if you want to go. Hotel Zone
Arrived at the Hotel and there was a little misunderstanding of what was/was not included. The manager quickly fixed the matter and upgraded our room. The rooms are very clean and the entire Hotel is constantly being cleaned. Great location. Close to the Mall. Easy access to anywhere.

This hotel is within 15 min walking distance from the bus station! When I needed a taxi to ferry terminal, one was called for me and it was much cheeper and easier than getting the bus!

Decent hotel in Downtown area

The hotel was generally clean with a friendly staff. Most of the staff spoke English. The location was good in downtown area however there was a road and streetwalks construction during the daytime so it was noisy and dusty.

Good hotel for a short stay in Cancun

Pros: The staff, the room, the pool.
Cons: The gym equipment is terribly old and doesn't function well.
Location: There is a mall close by, a few good restaurants, and fairly close to the grocery store.
This is a great budget hotel if you are staying in Cancun for a few days. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and understand and speak English well. The hotel is close to a casino but there was never any problem with noise. The pool area is nice enough if you want to relax; breakfast room is good as well. The hotel is close to a shopping mall and somewhat close to the hotel zone. Bus R-27 takes you to the hotel zone and can be waived down just outside the hotel.

The room was big and nice. Breakfast was only cheap plain sliced bread, tea, and coffee only :(
