“Disappointed but still a very nice hotel”

The hotel was very nice and we would stay here again short term, because it is not on the beach as we had anticipated. Apparently, there was another hotel with a similar name, and that one is on the beach, and that is the hotel I thought we had booked. The other hotel has since changed it's name, but when I was booking it online, the picture that showed was the hotel we had stayed in years ago on the beach.

“Ambiance Suites great stay”

The hotel was great. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was great. It is within walking distance of Las Americas shopping mall which is a great mall with plenty to see and do. You can catch a bus or taxi right out front door. I would highly recommend. It also had plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

“Great Little Hotel”

While the outside appearance of the hotel from the street is somewhat plain and even drab, and the common areas somewhat spare, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel overall is very clean and well taken care of and the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and eager to please. The little restaurant on the premises proved to be a wonderful suprise with truly excellent food and service. We had some initial problems with the Wi-Fi in the room but the hotel called in their network IT technician as soon as we reported the problems and the issue was quickly resolved. A lovely way to start your morning is to have a layered cappucino in the inner courtyard next to the pool where it's cool and quiet and private. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
