“Quiet Cancun Hotel”

We stayed at the Aquamarina Beach Resort in Cancun before our flight out the next day. It was very clean and quiet. They were very pleasant throughout the hotel. We enjoyed staying there and walking the beach.

“Alot of fun!”

I went for college spring break with seven of my friends and we had a great time ... the water is swimable we always took the kayaks out to the middle of the lagoon it was great ... the hotel always had activities to do by the pool ... the service was great and the people were friendly. For what we paid we got everything we wanted!

“Nice hotel, but the beach...”

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly, our room was clean and big except for the bathroom. The only bad thing was the beach. We've been very disappointed about that because there were lots of boats so you could go swimming between the boats. But there's a bus driving to downtown cancun and there you'll find amazing beaches, they're really worth it to drive there!

“A nice place to be”

My father and I traveled together and had a great time. Very friendly people, especially the bartenders. The buffets were better than the resturant, food was good but not great. Rooms were clean, small shower/toilet area but didn't stay in there often. The hotel is older but very well maintained. Nice pool area, and a nice mix of people staying there. Wish we could have stayed longer than 4 nights. For the money, a very good deal.

“Overall, pretty good hotel”

This hotel was a good fit for our trip, my family was looking for a decent hotel for a good price and this is what we got. If you want to be pampered and wined and dined, this is not the place. The staff was great and helpful, but again it's not the lap of luxury. This is perfect if you aren't in your hotel much and are doing a lot of sightseeing, partying or whatever. The food was okay, dinner was the best.

“Great place for under budget”

The hotel was what was to be expected for the low price. My two girlfriends and I went for a week and unfortunately during Hurricane Dean. The staff was extremely helpful when we had questions about safety and evacuation and always had good answers to our questions. The activities staff was also very accomidating and ensured that we had a great time when we couldn't leave our hotel. I don't recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury stay. It was a mid-low quality resort and the beach was medeocre. Overall, we had fun though and because of the staff I would go back.

“Great trip, can't wait to return!!”

This is a great hotel. The beach was wonderful, water is not great for swimming. We had heard this from other reviews but we weren't too concerned. So we weren't too surprised. The staff was very attentive. We didn't have any problems at all. I really can't say enough great things about this hotel. We had a great time. We would definately return.

“Just stay away from the food”

Being an all inclusive resort, you can't expect that great of food. But, this place didn't even meet up to those expectations. The food is basically the same everyday. On the second to the last day all four of the people I was with, including me, got sick. Some sort of food poisoning is what we assumed it was, because we had stayed away from the water to be safe. The hotel staff was out of their way nice, and our room was always extrememly clean. If you chose to stay here, plan on eating out.

“Nice Place to stay”

The hotel was nice and they offered a lot to do during the day, including games by the pool, snorkling and a Day Spa. The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly.
