Great bartenders

the bad things about this resort were the towel policy and the front desk service. My friends and I would have to ask the desk more than once to send someone up to help us with something because they would never be sent up the first time, they also hung up on us 3 times when we were asking a question about room service. The other staff was excellent though, the waiters we had at every dinner were very fun, did their job well and were very prompt with everything we asked for. The bartenders Raul and Daniel were amazing and always made the best drinks, we would always go to the bar if we knew they were working.

Very nice hotel on beach

This hotel is very clean, a lot of character. The ambiance is amazing. It's somewhat loud with the music they have each night, but didn't bother me too much. Beautiful oceanfront room with a great balcony. Fantastic customer service and good all inclusive food. From what I gather about other vacationers I spoke with I paid about 60% less than what they did for a fabulous time! Will return!

hotel was good. Room was fine, restaurants were good but not great! Had no problems there, staff was great, but will try another hotel next time. The beach was kinda small.

Pros: everything.
Cons: DVD PLAYER WITH TV.
Location: I can not say enough about excellent location to everything.
the staff was fantastic. they were the most pleasant and helpful I,ve ever been around.my wife and I were very very pleased with everything about barcel'o cancun.

Front Desk

The people at the front desk only was not very friendy or helpful at all.Everyone else was great and question we ask they would find out or the would get it for us.Very nice place to stay. Don't know if I would go back.

Great resort

Wonderful resort with great service and friendly staff. Enjoyed every minute at this hotel. Mini bar in room was stocked daily free of charge and we didn't miss not having a swim up pool bar because we had a waitress getting our drinks for us. Food was delicious and plenty of choices. Next door to the ferry to Isla Mujeres which was so convenient. Only one thing they could do better is the lobby bar entertainment. Violins and guitars playing elevator music was enough to put you to sleep in the evening. Beach bar became our preference so we could listen to livelier music.
