Very Friendly Staff And Great Accommodations

Pros: The staff, and the food.
Cons: There were some issues with elevators being out of service, but thankfully I was on the second floor.
Location: This hotel is very near the huge La Isla shopping complex. Also only a $12 taxi ride to all the dance clubs and discos.
I met a lady friend from Ukraine here as it is very easy for both of us to travel to Mexico and I had been to Cancun in the past. We really liked the friendliness of the staff, especially our amigos Ivan and Angel. Everyone was very nice and helpful and always willing to please. As an example, I was asked to fill out a survey on our experience and the air conditioning in my room was adequate, but I like it very cool. I gave the air conditioning a lower rating. Then the same day at the wonderful evening entertainment, Angel saw me and asked me about it. I was very pleasantly surprised that he not only had read my survey, but remembered exactly what I was less than happy about. To me this is the kind of personal service that is very rare. The buffets had a lot of variety and we always found something that was to our taste. My lady friend, especially liked the variety of sweets. We also visited the a la carte seafood restaurant twice. Lobster was an upgraded option, but it was very reasonable and wonderful. Such a treat! I would definitely visit this hotel again. Wish I could go back now. :-)

Pros: The Ocean view was great, as well as the two restaurant inside the hotel that you had to make reservations for.
Cons: The Shower it had a mind its own it would go really hot and then turn really cold. Also I think that Wifi should have been included
Location: The Location was good right in the hotel zone near airport and had a small mall next to it, close to bus that would take you downtown.
The hotel overall was average. The staff was polite, they were not overly nice and over the top but they were polite. I was on the 7th floor with a beach front view , I have to say the view was great. the room was nice and small no issues there with the view being so great couldn't really complain. On to the food people you get what you pay we got a really cheap great deal on this average hotel, so the food was just that average couldn't really complain for the price we paid. Food was decent nothing special not horrible but also not the most amazing thing we had. I will say that there are two restaurant inside the hotel that are also included but you have to make reservations those are better then the buffets and would highly recommend I liked both of them.. Also guys in order to eat at the buffets you must have a shirt on no tank tops. The only bad thing that happened was that the shower had a mind of its own it would go super hot and the super cold. Overall I would say my trip was good I paid for an average hotel and that's what we got. For the price I got I would come back here as I had no issues that arose on my trip. Overall I would give this hotel 3 1/2 stars out of 5

Modern hotel on nice beach next to big mall

Pros: All inclusive hotel will keep you full during your stay. Great beach. Events in/by the pool (aerobics, bingo) and nearby mall will keep you busy.
Cons: None.
Location: Just stay at the hotel, eat and play, no need to go anywhere else.
The room and the hotel has everything you need to relax and enjoy the vacation -- 24-hour food and drinks, pristine beach, pools, live music. Fridge in room is stocked with beers, sodas, water, chocolate bars -- peanuts are somewhat old, though. I did not use the offer for complementary room service. Big shopping mall is across the street. Took ADO R1 bus to/from hotel (10 pesos or USD 0.75 to/from bus station in downtown, plus 62 pesos for bus to/from CUN airport).

Good Hotel

Cons: The hotel might need to renovate some time in the future. To some people the infrastructure might seem old even if everything is clean.
Location: Great location! Close to Santander (bank), OXXO (convenience store), Kukulcan Plaza and a 15-minute walk to La Isla Shopping Mall.
This hotel was a very good surprise for me because of its convenient location but especially because of the staff who were extremely polite and helpful with me and as far as I could see with all the other guests. Wi-Fi internet connection worked properly (this is very important to me as I need to be in contact with my family back home), the food was good (there was traditional mexican food but also other types of food) and the room was exceptionally clean. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in a convenient location of Cancun Hotel Zone, this hotel is for you.

Pool and Beach area is excellent.

Cons: The food.
Location: Didn't leave the resort other than to walk down to Hard Rock for a t-shirt. Shopping on sight is minimal.
Food was not up to what I would expect for this type of resort. Most of the buffets were not hot. Breakfast was the best meal. Room was marginal. Shower leaked and showed signs that this had been an ongoing problem. The doorwall lock was a joke and we had to move the desk to block intruders because anyone could have busted the lock. Cleaning was a joke. With that being said, the pools and beach area was nice and the bar service was good even though they don't come out around the pool to take your order.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Cons: The food and the menu.
Location: Lots of things to do.Very well situated. Close to all the restaurants and night clubs. Plaza Kukulkan is just in front the hotel with nice restaurans
I had a great experince.. nice rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows, super clean. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was great very pleasant - I miss them. The food was good. The guys that do the entertaining by the pool were great. The shows were very good and the service was amaizing. Planning to go in 6 months!!!

Pros: The staff was very friendly. Antonio and Lucia were awesome!
The food was disappointing. The buffet was pretty much the same. The other restaurants were not open most of the time.

Staff great, hotel not so

Pool was nice but no music or fun activities. Food was the same everyday, breakfast, lunch and dinner! There was no food after 10pm. Bars always open! Amenities: rooms could be cleaner, water pressure horrible. Bathrooms throughout pool areas were always dirty and or not working. I would not recommend this hotel not ever go back!
