“Forget the all-inclusive resorts, stay here instead”

This is a great hotel. My wife and I wanted to stay someplace comfortable but affordable. We both love food, so we wanted to stay someplace that allowed us to eat out at the restaurants and go on tours without feeling like we were wasting our money on an all inclusive resort. The rates were great. Our suite had a front room with a sofa, dining table, TV, balcony, and a full kitchen. We loved the room and bathroom. They offered free wireless access in the pool and lobby areas. (Good for making Skype calls to folks back home!). The service was great, and the included breakfast didn't disappoint. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was delicious (recommend the tacos). Their beach is sandy and perfect for lounging or playing in the water. There is very little surf. I'd highly recommend this hotel for families.

“best beach in cancun”

No parties going on here. Nice and quiet. Best beach we seen along Hotel Zone. Great for families with young children or older couples. Better to go "not all inclusive" as lots of restaurants within walking/bussing distance.

“Very happy with hotel”

I don't know if I'll go back to Cancun, but I was very happy with hotel. I liked not having to deal the the huge hotel feel like the other hotels. Not as many ammenities offered here, but I liked the "condo" feel here. Impressed with hotel. I wish the front desk staff could offer more suggestions and recommendations about city, but would not stop me from returning to hotel. Beach was definately best.

“Best Value for your Money”

Beachscape Kin-Ha is the best value you can get for your money simply put. In our case we wanted a hotel where to spend the nights to recharge batteries and have good breakfast to get us thru the morning to begin site seeing. Beds were confy, room was clean just as the beach (shallow water, great for the kids)and pool, the location was great since it was very much in the hot spot of the Cancun strip near the malls and nightclubs. I will definitely come back and stay here.

“You'll love it”

Great hotel, service wonderful, food is out of this world....for a three star hotel you couldn't do better. Probably the best beach in Cancun. Highly recommend this hotel and we will go back.

“Great vacation spot”

Our first time to Cancun, this was a great place to stay. Staff, accomodations, food, and beach were A+. We have 4 children and there was plenty for them to do on-site and the security was excellent. You can book any excursion you want in the lobby with ease and no pressure. We are going back!!

“Great hotel at a Great price”

The hotel was very clean and well kept and the staff was always willing to help. The housekeeping staff does tend to ignore the Shhh sign so beware of that. We left it out beacause we didn't want our room cleaned but they came in anyway. We did have a slight ant problem but as long as you don't leave food laying around it should be fine. The beach was fantastic!! Not very full, clean, and no topless sunbathers wrecking the beautiful scenery (I was told before going there, they don't allow that on that beach). The water was calm and wonderful to take a dip in, in the morning. Overall, an excellent hotel for the price!! I will definitely stay there again if and when I go back to Cancun.

“Lucky find, amazing hotel”

What a wonderful find this hotel was! The best beach in Cancun; why? because it looks back towards the mainland so you can see the sunset over the incredible soft white sand. This was the most romantic stay we've had in recent memory. Staff were very helpful, the food was great, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Large balcony and beautiful landscaping too. This was our last night after traveling near Playa del Carmen and we wish we could have stayed forever.
