“Best beach in Cancun”

Simple but clean with excelent services hotel.Best beach in the area. Very good brekfest, (only minus- internet working only in the lobby) Mark (November 26-29)

“Perfect”

Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Location was great. Beach was superb. Price was right. I vacationed with my 3 children, ages 9-13, and they had the best time. There was plenty of open space for them to be free and not disturb other guests. We can't wait to go back!

Small, low rise hotel set amidst a forest of 20 story giants. Comfortable rooms, Cancun's best beach and an excellent pool area make the Ambiance Villas an excellent value.

“Cancun's Most Amazing Beach”

My friends and I rented a villa for one week at Ambiance Villas and we were blown away by the hotel. First, Ambiance Villas has direct access to the best beach in Cancun, hands down. When we walked a ways down the beach we realized that none of the other hotels had as large of a white, sand beach as ours did. The cabanas on the beach were a highlight because we were able to spend the whole day camped out under them relaxing in a chair. Second, our rooms were great. It is so nice to have a kitchen with dishes. A small grocery store is a two-minute walk from the hotel, so it was very convenient to stock up on food and water. Third, the hotel staff were all very helpful and courteous, and they went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. They did a great job of recommending restaurants and excursions to us. Lastly, Ambiance Villas is a quiet and relaxing hotel, away from the party zone (and college Spring Breakers) of Cancun. However, if you are looking for a party it's only a 20 minute walk away. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone I know, and I can't wait to go back!

“great place and great location”

Stayed here the second week of October with my family of 5. The 2 bedroom unit was large and perfect for our family. We often have trouble with a family of five because most hotels are designed for 4. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was excellent inhcluding our waitress at the pool and beach who always knew when to come by. I tipped the cleaning lady $2 or $3 dollars a day and we always had a sparkling room, plenty of towels and she often left little decorations in the shape of swans etc with towels on our beds. The beach is fantastic and the water clear and calm. The pool is 4 ft deep so we could relax while our 7 year old played and not worry about watching too closely. You are within walking distance to a small market and numerous restaurants and a small mall. We took the local buses everywhere. Went down to the Wal-mart in town and bought groceries for breakfast and lunch. This was great for the kids because they could stay at the beach or pool more. We then spent our money on a nice dinner out at the numerous great and fun restaurants in Cancun. The Ambiance is older than other places to stay in Cancun and the furniture is dated, but it is very clean, the grounds are gorgeous and it has a wonderful beach and pool. The size of the unit makes it comfortable for families and the full kitchen is convenient. We would definitely recommend and definitley go back.

Great location on the best beach in Cancun.Compact layout makes movement from room to beach,to lobby or restaurants very easy.Staff efficient and helpful. Small with no long lines for check in or check out.Not as fancy as the "large lobby" new hotels that I have stayed at in Cacun but much more comfortable.Walking distace of covention center and stores & restaurants.

“Perfect apartments, great location”

The hotel is extremely well located, right next to a bus stop, 5 minutes away from downtown by bus, 2 minutes away from malls and restaurants. It is not a luxury hotel, however it is extremely good if you want to save some dollars.

Wow! Really nice place to stay, very family oriented. The staff was exceptional! If I ever go back to Cancun I would stay there again! the Beach was fantastic!

“Just Perfect. Exactly what we needed.”

I made a reservation through Expedia and ask to be noted that my family came all the way from Israel to celebrate our son birthday in Mexico. The note was not ignored. We got a 3 bedroom suit facing the sea with a beautiful and manicured yard. The pool was inviting, the beach was clean and equipped with chairs and umbrellas. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the towel replaced. The hotel staff was efficient and not intrusive. I will definitely return back.
