“Can't Wait to go Back”

Pros: Hotel was very clean, very romatic, jacuzzi was really nice, really nice ocean view, loved the lobby and ammenities, room courtesy every night, good customer service, nice room, loved the decoration, food was excellent, nice furniture inside and out, creativity of furniture outside pool area and beach area, they have hammocks down the beach level, towels around pool area, just a very relaxing atmosphere over all. Love the drop down curtains in the lobby, and they also hired on occasions a saxophonist, VERY NICE. We were also always the last ones to pick up and the first ones to drop off on tours :D. Underground Spa is very nice as well and inexpensive. Cons: hotel is small compared to others, beach was not calm but very wild ocean waves to where other places the waves where very calm, we could not open our room window just a litttle crack opened and window was never clean and could not enjoy the ocean view to the fullest, but its ok because with an ocean like that why not enjoy it outside! They're upstairs "balcony" where you get a free champagne glass from 5-7 p.m. is just a table in between hallways with 2 stools with no ocean view jajaja but the lobby was a great place to hang out at night. very nice night lights.

“Cant wait to go back”

LOCATION At the start of the hotel zone, by taxi or bus it is 5-10 minute to your local restaurants/pubs/bank and cash machines; 15-20 minute centre for clubs/bars; 25-30 minutes to downtown. STAFF Speak good English, are friendly and very helpful throughout the hotel. ROOM A good size, 3 of us stayed in a twin double. It was clean, bright and very comfortable. Room has mirrors, hair dryer, Sofa, TV, small dining table & chairs, fridge, wardrobe and safe. Iron and mini iron table are available. Only complaint, shower tray is at a poor angle restricting full drainage. BEACH - Hotel is on the beach. A truly wonderful view, I melt way at the thought... Towels, beach beds and canopies are supplied. Sea is turquoise and clean. There are a few rocks in front of the hotel so you should swim either side of them where it is clear. Power gliding and jet skiing are available on the beach. INFINITY POOL Good size with good view. On entrance to the pool area the pool literally looks like it is running into the sea, it is very clever, very picturesque. There is a pool bar and restaurant; food was good, alcoholic beverages were ok. LOUNGE - Cosy and comfortable. It is at the centre of the hotel and has no roof; they have exceedingly comfortable seating with no backs so you can lay back and look at the stars. WIFI is available here. GYM - Basic but ok with its own shower and a view of the Lagoon across the road from the hotel.

“Will be back....”

This was our second trip to Mexico. The style and design of the property was interesting and comfortable, and the staff was friendly... Each and every person went our of their way to make this a great place, Pedro the chef in the mornings, Marvin and Wendy for our service in the mornings. Our butlers, Charly and can´t remenber the names of the others. *The Room was spacious and well equipped, free internet and all amenities, our room was pretty and very comfortable with a lovely view... Free continental breakfast is also available in the lobby area. I liked the Bel Air, good price, quiet location, good bed and great beach..... "Will be back...."

“Planning to go back”

The upkeep of our room was regularly serviced twice a day where its neatness, cleanliness and orderliness were noticeably evident. The demeanor of all personnel were respectful and helpful executing their job performance with above in beyond attitude coupled with smiles. Despite the language barrier, their crew were more than willing to extend their best to resolve issues courteously. and amiably. Obviously, high standard service is prominent in all aspects. I highly recommend Bel air to other costumers.

“The best hotel in Cancun!”

I REALLY REALLY enjoyed my time at the Bel Air Collection. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never been to Cancun before! I really loved the hotel, the people were so great and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and always available. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and beach were amazing and the restaurant was fantastic. The hotel is a bit further down the hotel zone, but this was great because is was very quite! Also, it was only a short bus ride to all the clubs and the shopping. I really enjoyed my time in Cancun and would highly recommend this place to anyone! Stay at the bel air hotel, you won't regret it!

“Cancun's hidden surprise!”

Super clean, light and airy decor, with attentive bilingual staff, tasty on-site restaurant, complimentary coffee and sweet rolls in the morning, coffee/tea and desserts in the afternoon, and pillow chocolates/ desserts twice each night! Easy to reach the major hotel zone by public bus which stops out front. Clean uncrowded beach with complimentary chairs, hammocks and towels, and well maintained HUGE pool. Would highly recommend.
