“"Can't wait to go back to Cancun and stay on BelAir..”
Well, this hotel is amazing, romantic, nice people, everything clean, good price, I miss Cancun, My best experience....."go to Cancun you will love it"
“enjoyable”
Everything at Bel air was exactly like the web site. The room was beautiful, over looking the pool area and ocean. Very clean and comfortable. The staff worked hard to keep things clean and were very polite.
“This hotel was great, so clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned everyday,”
This hotel really made my stay very memorable. I loved the hotel, cleanliness, staff, pool, beach everything was perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere, quiet, no kids it was great. The restaurant offered decent meals for a good price. I will definately come back to this hotel, the price was right and it was so relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to future travelers with no kids, it is a perfect place to stay, not too much just right. I guarantee you will be satisfied.
“Tremendous value for a certain type of customer...”
I have stayed at almost every 4-star hotel in the hotel zone of Cancun and I believe this undiscovered 3-star gem beats 90% of them on price/value, service and room comfort. Don't go here if your idea of a good time is a big bar scene at night and pool activities during the day. This is a quiet boutique of a hotel with a shabby-chic retro design and a chilled ambiance. The food is merely adequate (which is typical for Cancun hotels in general) and the location is at the opposite end of the nightlife strip along the beach. You are extremely close to the airport though, which can be a plus. If you're looking to do tequila shots with Bubba and his wife, then go to one of the giant brand name places nearby that caters to them. This is the perfect place for younger couples on a budget looking for a romantic getaway. Also know that there will be just as many spanish-speaking guests as english-speaking. If you are afraid of foreigners, suggest you stay elsewhere.
“a breath of bel air”
This hotel is awesome! At the last minute we booked a couple of nights at the Bel Air Collection Spa since we were extremely disappointed with our original accommodation in Cancun and the Bel Air was a breath of fresh air. The staff were young, friendly and very helpful! The service was great - our room kept very clean and tidy and on top of everything there were very nice touches like complimentary cake brought to our room in the evening, pastries and coffee in the open air lobby in the morning and evening and a glass of champagne - romantic for couples :) The pool area was beautiful and looking directly on to the beach and ocean and the restaurant served fresh, good, reasonably priced food! It is a modern hotel with cool red and white themed decor and we enjoyed our stay so much that we booked in for the remainder of our holiday!
“Great for the Budget traveler-Looking for Romance, peace and Quite”
My Fiance and I wanted to take a relaxing and romantic vacation to Cancun, we booked the Beal Iar only because of the pictures of the Kool Lanais and the infinity pool, everyhting looked like what we wanted, but we wereconcern due to the price being so low, but still we booked it. Once we got there we loved the lobby area and the welcome we received from the staff. We booked a Lanai Suit with the Jacuzzi and it was AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING WE wanted. We did not take the all inclusive because we wanted to eat where the locals eat, but I do not recomeneded anyways, the hotel only has one restaurant and the food is not great, so make sure you eat out. If you are looking for a nice, clean relaxing, alll adult ambiance then this is the place to be, otherwise I suggest you look elsewhere. Overall we had a great romantic getaway!!!
“no hassle..no kids..no time share crap..no problems”

“Great Staff, Great Beach, Great Hotel.”
I really liked this hotel. staff was attentive and likable. Room was clean, great view, loved the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. Beers were cold and pool sparkled. Beach was gorgeous, and it was nice to be away from the loud crowds of downtown and/or heavy traffic beach areas. a perfect hotel for some peace and quiet.
“PERFECT FOR 5 DAYS OF SUNSHINE”
I would defiantly recommend this hotel, esp to couples, but do upgrade to the room with the jacuzzi, it is worth every extra penny having the view of the ocean, and being able to admire it from the tub while your drinking your complementary bubbles, is just amazing. Usually I go for more cultured holidays, I'm a big foodie so I like staying in apartments, or small hotels so I can go and experience the food markets and local cuisine, therefore going all inculusive was all new to me. Non-the-less my partner and I just fancied relaxing in the sunshine for 5 days, and the "Bel Air Collection" was just perfect for that purpose, and I must say that I was not disappointed in the food at all, esp. the breakfasts (fresh fruit, juice, cereal and pastries, then cooked to order was a huge selection of omelettes and mexican style treats, yum yum!) The food all tasted fresh, and I was delighted that everything was made to order, not an "all you can eat buffet" in sight. The staff were lovely and friendly but not intruding, just there when you needed them, and when you want to explore the rest of Cancun, the bell boy had plenty of usefull information. The bus service was right out side the hotel door, and ran every 5-10 minutes all the way to down town (approx 20-30min). The only complaint would be the music arrangement, dance music at breakfast, and chilled out jazz in the bar... it was a little confusing. But all in all, a great place to catch some rays, and enjoy great food...
“"A Relaxing Get-Away"”
When we made the reservation we did not know that we were going to a resort that did not allow children under the age of 12. During our stay we wondered why it was so peaceful and quiet at the resort. As we were leaving we inquired about the lack of small children and were told about the "no-kids" policy. We love kids, have four children of our own. However, we were glad that kids were not allowed at Bel Air. We had a totally relaxing stay! We hope to go back to Bel Air someday!
