The place has a ton of potential but was old and in disrepair. It was comfortable and with the price but I would have really loved the place with a few renovations. Beach was nice and rocky in places.

Pros - Our room had an amazing view of the ocean!! We were literally on the beach and the sunrises were stunning!! Location location!! - The room was large, clean and very quiet. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. - The king size bed was very comfortable. - The kitchen and fridge were big enough. - Bus stop was very close to the hotel. - Local convenience store was just across the street. - Good price. Cons - There was no kettle in the kitchen. - My wife being 4’ 11” found the bathroom sink to be too high. - Dining options in the area were very limited. - No wifi in the room but it was very strong in the common areas. Overall, we were very happy and glad we chose this hotel for our 3 night stay. We would definitely recommend it!

The property is ok and affordable. Front desk and room service were good, except the staff who accompanied us to the room she didn’t even bother helping us carrying our stuff knowing that I was carrying my toddler son, with a big back pack and pulling a suitcase, while my husband has a backpack, pulling a big suitcase and pushing a stroller

The beds were extremely hard, NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE even tho it was on the website and it was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel in the first place. It was stressful to deal with our taxi situation cuz our return taxi the next day didn’t show up. Other than that, if this place would do a bed upgrade and take down the shuttle advertisement, we would def give it 5 stars. Beautiful beach/views!! The room was unique, cute restaurant, & friendly staffs.

Great Stay! Thank You Cancun Plaza!
Just got back from a 1 week stay at Bsea - Don't listen to the whiners!!!! First (important) - this is a "condotel" not a hotel chain and not a resort. With that said this is a no frills service property. The services provided are contracted - so don't expect the Hilton - with that said the service was better than expected - restaurant food and service was very good - yes I had wifi in my room - it was clean and of course the price was very affordable. I would recommend this property to anyone on a budget and is an independent traveler that doesn't need to be pampered. The place is clean - the management company is fair - No smoking on premises (only on the beach) - laundry service $100pp for wash and dry, convenience store on property - decent prices and oxxo across the street. I only wish you could get a coffee before 8:30am and beach access before 6:00am as I am an early riser - for early coffee i walked across the street to oxxo - otherwise buy instant and use the microwave. I will be coming back to Bsea - BTW it's known locally as "Cancun Plaza" the taxi's, bus drivers, tour operators, etc. - you might want to remember this

Staff in restaurant seemed put off by us being there. They were out of pizzas the first day and next morning for breakfast were out of bagles and pancakes. The wifi was terrible and unabe to work or watch TV. Had we known how bad the wifi was and were unable to have the kids watch netflix or any of our apps we would have chosen another hotel. We had kids and wanted to settle down at the end of the day.

Not a lot to like about this place other than the beach and pool area. Rooms were run down and uncomfortable, bad lighting and acoustically challenged. Shockingly, there was no WiFi in the rooms and this part of Cancun has spotty cell coverage so no way to check email or texts without going down to the courtyard. Felt like we were back in the 90’s trying to get an internet connection! Stairways smelled bad. Dining room service was brusque and the food wasn’t worth the effort. Felt like they were hanging on until the day someone buys them out and bulldozes the place.

Look oldest and the room have tide start, don’t have coffee maker, they don’t provide bottle of water, only the necessary staff. They have a convenience store so can buys food and water. The location is far from the downtown Cancun but closer to the airport.

I would have given this property a five star if the walls hadn’t been so thin that you could hear people talking, not yelling, just talking in the room next to us. The restaurant was amazing and the service was great. Located right next to a bus stop so it was easy to get around. To other Americans: remember everything moves a little slower in mexico. Be patient or you will hate this hotel.

This hotel is right on the beach, with a nice pool overlooking the beach. A restaurant & convenience store are right on site, and the room had a mini fridge and microwave, as well as some basic dishes for 2. It was clean and comfortable, most rooms have a balcony, and I am pretty sure every room has some kind of ocean view. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly, with good service.

Property was in perfect location ! All rooms had a balcony and beautiful views of ocean and pool ! The lady at check in gave us an upgrade to king size ocean front view really appreciated that ! The room she gave was sound proof and big sized ! Restaurant at the pool served good quality food daily and affordable prices ! Beach was warm and clean ! Property grounds were well kept and staff friendly! Really enjoyed my stay here and will be back soon ! Thanks Bsea Cancún staff for the excellent service you all provided!

Pro: Beautiful Beach, Pillows were comfortable, Staff speaks English. Nice Pool for the kids. Cons: There are roaches!! I didn’t believe the other review of someone killing roaches in their room but it is true! Thankfully my husband killed the roach!! Hotel does NOT care about waking up people at 8am with their loud noise of construction. Only 1 elevator works and is super slow, no matter what floor you chose it will take you to the Lower level first! On our last day we had to turn off the AC because it was leaking water. The property is super old and not clean at all! Beds are hard, couldn’t rest well plus the loud noise doesn’t let you sleep! I will not be staying again here.

I have a very terrible experience please do not book this hotel as a mexican i will be shamed very old building tearing apart! All furniture old and blanket darty they have to show me 2 diferent rooms if not when you get there they already charge you half of the stay ! Cleaning people never show up ,elevator almost broke and stop you be look to be safe restaurant rip you up be carful! They give us all piñas colada’s without alcohol there’s one thing nice there the pool is so nice and super clean they clean it every day and the view at the ocean this hotel should be closed is dangerous to be there
