Best hotel in Cancun.Posted Mar 23, 2013
Pros: Price & location!
Cons: Not directly on the beach but a quick walk all the same. Can't beat the value.
Location: Wife says don't say anything as then everyone will want to come to this hotel.
Best place for the money in Cancun. Across the street and a 10 minute walk to a public beach. Rooms half as much as directly on the beach. Clean, modern rooms with English speaking channels on TV. Two great pools and a decent bar and small grocery on property. Also a fantastic little bar directly on the water across the street. This will be our hotel when we come down to Cancun.

Nice hotel good rate friendly staffPosted Mar 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed one night, on the 10th floor, the view is amazing to see both the lagoon and the ocean. Nice quiet clean hotel. Do not expect it to be a party hotel if you are going to Cancun to party. Although you can take the bus to any location in the hotel zone. There is public access to the beach close to the hotel.

Good Stuff!Posted Mar 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel was really nice, stafff was also veru nice but need to learn more english. Location was great but there was lots of traffic when we wanted to cross the street to get to ferry for tour of Isla Mujeres. Theres no traffic lights so had to wait. It was an awesome trip and both pools were nice but could use a little heat late evening. I will be back for another visit. Rooms had the scent of the ocean and night view of the neighborhood was excellent!

Zero Star motelPosted Jan 7, 2013
This hotel is given three stars as is Holiday Inn and similar hotels in that category. I booked this hotel based on three stars and thought it will be a good hotel, it is nowhere near three star mark. It feels cheap and dodgy. When we checked in we were given three remotes for T.V, cable and air conditioning along with a key to the room. T.V is a 19 inch piece mounted on wall where nothing really comes. The air conditioner is like starting a loud generator. The water tap was all corroded, bathroom shower gets clogged up. We were also given a list of things covered in our room like iron, towels, etc things you take for granted to be provided in a respectable three star hotel. There was no iron in the room or any other facilities provided in the room. The hotel staff spoke very little English to help us navigate the area around the hotel. The concierge lady who spoke better English tried to up-sell everything to us. There are no restaurants with in walking distance. To go to the beach you have to walk half a mile or a mile if you want a nicer beach. We really felt like we were fleeced. For the price we paid, in U.S we would probably go to a motel for less than that amount with much better room and facilities. It would be better to stick to the known hotel chain and know what you are in for than this one.
