“Fadi”
Its perfect
“Nice”
Good food and excellent service. My one complaint was their insistence on attending their one to two hour promotional pitch. We were ambushed by our shuttle service at the airport with an attempt to disrupt our already short vacation with an attempt to get us to go visit another hotel 20 minutes away. It took us 20 minutes to fend him off - and since his company was getting us to our hotel it was tough to just walk away. Immediately after checking into our resort we were blasted again by our own resort with heavy pressure to attend their pitch. After finally getting away- we received 3 more phone calls to try and schedule it. Left a bad taste in our mouths.
“Nice for Family Vacation”
Food was okay. You can only eat at the buffet or the pool bar so many times before it gets old. The restaurants at the hotel were okay, can't say I ate anything that was memorable. This is very much a family resort, so if you're expecting some peaceful and quiet time by the pool, you won't get it here. Children and loud music everywhere. If Honeymooning or for professionals looking to refresh, spend a little more and go to Le Blanc - best hotel ever! However, for families with children, Cancun Palace is a good value. Cancun is beautiful, but make sure you know that this isn't a top tier hotel.
“all restaurants in this hotel are very good.”
We surprised that we can get any service at other hotel around Cancun that is belong to same group. There are a lot of tour desk. But we can not find exactly desk what we ask...... I am very confuse and frustrated.
“Will for sure go back”
The only thing bad I have to say about Cancun Palace is that they seem to reserve ocean side rooms for Palace Resorts club members. We had to "harass" the front desk several times to get an ocean side room. Trust me, you don't want a lagoon side room - nothing nice to look at.
“Great all inclusive option!”
The hotel facilities are great! The pool is amazing and the views are great. The staff was really nice with us and the were only looking for ways to make us feel welcome. The only things that the hotel needs to improve are: The acoustic in the room hallways is not good. You can hear everything someone closes or opens a door. The food was ok (During the off peak season). I don't know if it was because the head chef was on vacations or was but the food was only ok. Besides that is a great option to stay in Cancun with family or friends.
“Great Place!”
The rooms were clean and staff was overly friendly. Even the bay veiw rooms were great. Everyone spoke English very well which was great because I dont know much Spanish. This was my second stat there and if I ever go back to Cancun that is where I will stay again. The only negitive is that there are stairs to everything so if you have any disabillity I would not recommend it. For everyone else it is probable the best place to stay.
“Cancun Palace”
Excellent!
“The best service EVER!!!!!”
The service in Cancun Palace was the best I have experience. They catered to our ever need. They were very friendly as well as helpful. We woke up every morning with the best view that overlooks the pool area and the beach. I would go back this resort again and would recommend it to all. Cancun palace is the best!!!!!
“Take the good with the bad”
Recently traveled to Cancun and stayed at the Cancun Palace. My family and I based this decision on our stay at one of the other palace resorts for our honeymoon. We brought the kids this time so it was perfect blend for the kids and adults. The room was great but we had a view of the lagoon that also came with a view of the trash piles on the side of the building. Basically you need horse shields to look straight ahead and not down. I suggest you insist on a beach view or reduced rate. The beach had a lot of seed weed, they really needed staff round the clock cleaning it up. The water was a bit rough as well. It's perfect for people who love high waves. I prefer calm water. The food was good and the service was great. The kids club was really nice! My kids had fun! The best advice I have is to be weary of the sales pitch when you arrive. They offer you 1500 credit you can only use on certain things. They really try to get you to buy membership. We had to tell them in more than one way over a 3 hour period that we weren't interested. We did get a wonderful massage with the credit but the rest went to waste. You can only use it in one of the three jewelry stores and that's only 300 from the 1500 credit and everything in the store is over 400.. hope this was helpful.
