The trip was amazing, we stayed on the 2nd floor and had a amazing views of the pool and ocean water. The service was amazing and on time.

Our family went over Thanksgiving and had a great time. The hotel was beautiful and the food was excellent. Not too fond of the Italian restaurant but they had many others that were terrific. Our only negative would be the lack of things for teen age children to do. They wree too old for the "children/teen" activities listed on the hotle website. Also, if you want to go on excursions, make sure you don't get pressured to sign and pay one of the many tour companies that work out of the hotel. Many of these same excursions are included in your package. Another thing, if you are willing to sit through the 2 hour tour of the hotel in the hopes that you will buy a time share, you also get some of these extra tours for free, but space is very limited so be careful. We would go back in a heart beat. They treated us very well.

“Wonderful Place”

Everything was great! Beautiful rooms and the view was spectacular. Fun entertainment at the pool, good food and drinks. Only bad thing was the wait on the front desk, but it was worth the wait. Can't wait to go again!!!!!! Excellent

The only thing I missed was dancing, I wish there was dancing. The people were so friendly.

Great hotel! No complaints. Got traveler's diarrhea, which happens to a large percentage of travelers so I wouldn't blame the hotel. I'd definitely recommend bringing medicine for that from your health care provider preemptively if possible so it doesn't alter your vacation too much. Highly recommend Xel-Ha - great experience.
