Very quiet!!

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: It was very clean and very quiet. The hotel staff was friendly and didn't get annoyed with our lack of the native language.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.
Location: Many places to eat nearby and easy access to the amazing beach. Thank you! We had a wonderful 6th anniversary.
What a hidden gem. We got a suite with a little tub on the deck.

Tranquil

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: The spa tub on our private balcony.
This is a small boutique hotel. We had a Jr. Suite with a private spa tub on our balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Food in both restaurants was very good and service was wonderful. This is a great place if you want a quiet and peaceful stay.

Great time!

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Spacious rooms, location in town, staff friendliness, pool, jacuzzi, atomsphere, not too crowded!
Cons: Offer wifi at cheaper rates, bed could have been a little more comfortable.
Location: There is a mall next door with free wifi and currency exchange, we walked every night to dinner except one, close to several restaurants.
We had a wonderful time in Cancun staying at Casa Turquesa!! It was absolutely great!! The staff was very friendly and willing to help any time! Ernesto was great out by the pool and Missey was wonderful with helping to plan our adventures for the week! It's so relaxing here and not crowded. I think that is what we loved best, is that the place is spacious and gorgeous and quiet. We would definitely go back!!

Best vacation ever

Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: This elegant little hotel wasn't a huge commercial building stuffed with hundreds of people. You felt immediately at home and pampered.
Cons: OK - the only thing I could come up with is more clothes hooks on the doors.
Location: The Cancun hotel zone beach is stunning - turquoise water, white soft sand, great waves. Isla Mujeres is a 20 minute ferry ride away.
We just got back from a wonderful week at the Casa Turquesa in Cancun. We loved this lovely boutique hotel located right on the Cancun hotel zone on the Caribbean. With only about 29 rooms, the hotel had a peaceful sense of privacy. Our 'economy' room - one of the smallest - was actually huge, with beautiful pink marble floors, a large dressing room, lots of closets & drawers, separate shower and tub, and a lovely patio with a jacuzzi. The hotel is truly beautiful and filled with a wealth of impressive art work (paintings, sculpture, etc.). The two restaurants were excellent (we ate almost all our meals right there), the staff was so friendly and helpful we felt we were leaving friends behind, the pool and grounds were well maintained, and the beach was amazing. This was ou 7th trip to Mexico, and our favorite hotel.

Quiet relaxing hotel

Posted Apr 7, 2014
The best thing is the privacy you sometimes don't find with big hotels. Is a hidden hotel with great service. Close to beach. Great views from to beach. I was told celebreties stay there.

Fabulous Haven on the Beach

Posted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: Great price for what you get
Cons: Probably the Tennis courts, even though they were perfectly usable. Just an update on the upholstery in the rooms & Public areas.
Location: Great location and public transportation. Plenty to do and see in the area.
My husband decided last minute that he needed a quick getaway for a long weekend away from our small business at home. He wanted to "just lay on the beach" so the weather had to be warm enough for March. He wanted alot of space as we were bringing our 19 yr.old college student & 17yr.old High school sr. These rooms were so large and accomodating that we didn't even notice the extra Bathroom in the Livingroom until we were leaving the last day. We were all able to have privacy and then get together for meals and beach time when we wanted to. My husband did a little work, son did college studying, there was a fantastic Designer Mall next door and Tennis courts not to mention the incredible beach and pool. We ate most of our meals right there, the food was incredible. The hotel was decorated with beautiful artwork (for a mature audience). We were very impressed with our experience. Usually when you go online to book a hotel, the photos are deceiving, this was even better than what we saw on the website. All I can say is "Don't forget to put on your sunscreen"!!!!! We booked transportation from the hotel for the airport and I would highly recommend doing this as there are all kinds of services trying to give you a ride. Very confusing when you arrive into Cancun.

Our Stay at Casa Turquesa in Cancun, Mexico

Posted Mar 18, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Location: We never left the hotel other than to walk on the beach. Why ever leave the best!
Speechless! By far the best experience we have had with ANY hotel we stayed at in our lives! The entire staff was "Off The Charts"! Really, "Off the Charts"! There are not enough superlatives to convey our feelings about each staff member we interacted with. Professional, courteous, awesome, unbelievable.....the list goes on. My wife and I now feel that we have befriended each and every one of them. We will DEFINITELY be back to "Casa Turquesa"!

Nice Place, to visit, not to stay

Posted Mar 10, 2014
Pros: The Employees, all have 5 stars- from Recptionist to the Restaurant.
Cons: call the place a museum- not a hotel.
Location: very good.
the admistration does not know how to run a hotel, the place should be a musem only, not a hotel. teh hospitality cannot match the price.

return stay

Posted Mar 8, 2014
Cons: I noted a few minor things, toilet runs a lot, leaky sink and A/C could be more powerful-it may just have needed servicing.
I loved this hotel and location so much over New Year's that I decided to return for another visit with my mom. The staff are just wonderful. Missey is always so helpful at the front. The waiters have such style and professionalism and the food is terrific and reasonably priced. The new waiter Ernie is so friendly and fun and will bring drinks and food to the beach if you like. Even the staff that I had less interactions with were so ready to accommodate. I was in the room below my previous stay this time and it looked basically identical. There was a good bit of noise in the room above us and the A/C struggled to keep up. None of this really affected our stay however. Everything you need is in walking distance from here including shopping mall and restaurants. There is a great mexican restaurant next door called Hacienda Sisal. The pool is always very clean and the beach is not crowded here b/c the hotel is small. I can't wait to go back!
