“Bad”

A guy in front in the morning was very rude, but other staffs were nice. I guess he was probably a manager (middle age). I never want to go back to this hotel again.

“Excellent Value”

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The room and hotel was extremely clean. The location was amazing, as we were able to do most of the things we wanted to right within a few feet!! The restaurant on the premises offers a buffett each meal and was a great deal for us.The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms, nice gardens with 5 pools, good breakfast and very nice service. I recommend it specially if you have kids.

“terrible experience”

Terrible. Not even comparble to a road side motel. i had alway standing dirty water to take my showers for 6 nights. I asked for help for many times. they said they'd fixed it but no. Don't try it.

“would go back.”

DOS PLAYAS IS A 2.5 STAR HOTEL SO DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING TO FANCY. THE STAFF IS GREAT,THE ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERYDAY, BUT COULD USE SOME FIXING UP. FOOD IS OK WITH BREAKFAST BEING THE BEST MEAL. WILL GO BACK AGAIN NEXT FEB.

WE WENT DOWNTOWN CANCUN JUST ABOUT EVERY DAY. NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS,SAME WITH GOING DOWN TO THE STRIP. JUST REMEMBER TO BE CAREFUL LIKE YOU SHOULD ANYWHERE YOU GO.

“Good value, nice experience!”

When we booked in Celuisma Dos Playas we where a litle bit worry about what we can get for a budget hotel in the midle of the 5 starts hotels in the "zona hotelera". Upon our arrival we found a very pleasent place, a modest hotel with very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast!! Room was very clean with good sheets and high quality towels. Of course you may find some minor problems during your stay but the final balance is quite positive. For example the first two days they didn't provide us with the TV remote control because there was not available, anyway we didn't have enough free time to watch TV. Internet is available only in the computers located next to the reception area at extra cost. We didn't use the swiming pool neither the beach but it looks ok for me. I indeed do recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy Cancun and save some money.

I recommend to visit Playa del Carmen, Xcaret an Isla Mujeres... Just amazing.
