Simple...helpful...What you expect from a hotel...and the elevators are so quiet ( Thumbs Up for the maintenance )...Bring a working watch or clock ( with an alarm ) that is NOT Connected... some issues with the phones connected to WI-Fi ...messing up the correct time... Not Hotel related...but more of a security for peace of mind...Don't leave without sunscreen... or towels ( available at front desk in exchange for Passeport or ID ... Proper place to stay... Will go without hesitation... Breakfast included...Excellent coffee ( quick too )... Nice little pool to cool off when you arrive or spend the day to do Nothing ...Shared with the City Express next door... Family oriented facilities... Great Choice and very pleased that we chose the Junior for our whole stay in Cancun Mexico...No regrets ! ... Enjoy ! Muchas Gratias para todos !!! ... They could explore a Tours Agency at the lobby... and an airport shuttle service on the Website... From our experience, make sure you have a shuttle service or do your homework properly ...You'll find them pretty much every where... Your adventure begins... Have Fun !

The rooms and elevator were TINY. I had to leave 3 days early because the beds were SUPER uncomfortable to me and my 13 year old very tall and slim son. I would not stay there again.

the worst experience I’ve ever had. They changed us from rooms twice, the A/C had a huge leak of water, mold everywhere, some parts of the room were falling apart, staff didn’t solve anything, they just behave the worst wat possible. I swear I could turn back the time to never go there.

I rented a double room just for one night after cancjn airport and my final resort destination. The facility and staff are good. But we had a really bad experience with AC unit - it was so noisy at night so it was not able to sleep good. Also it was not able to handle the hot weather outside during day time because I guess they had really bad windows . It was like a hell

Convenient location
Friendly staff, hotel located just across America mall and next to convenient store. The gym has three exercise equipment but are all broken, no towels available at the gym but has disinfectant wipes.

Everything was ok. The place was clean. My major complaint is that the a/c unit was very very loud, so loud we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. I would’ve asked for another room, but we were there for only a night.

Cheap hotel, don't expect much
Not really good experience. We were aware this was a cheap hotel, but at check in they had to change our room twice because the room was not in good condition and the bathroom was dirty. At the end of the day they cleaned the bathroom again and we were able to have a decent stay...

Rooms are in terrible state. The first room we were given, the toilet was dirty and leaked. More importantly we were being bitten by ants, on the bed and at the desk. They offered to change our room after inspection. However the the 2nd option had substantial water dripping from AC, and the 3rd had visible mold on walls. The hotel smells musty. The staff did nothing to ensure that I wasn’t charged my 2 night stay. They claimed I had to dispute it with Expedia. They offered me nothing in writing to assist me…not even the general manager who responded to my email days later.

I like the location of this place. It is close to everything and in front of the Plaza Americas Shopping Center. The hotel was good and for a very good price.
