Pros: Close to the airport.Little away from the down town and the busy tourist area.
Cons: customer service
Location: Very close to the Airport.
The shuttle service waited for me with my name tag outside, even though the flight was late about one and half hour in the night. The room was good and clean. The room service also was great.

Ok hotel, wanted a hotel close to the airport just to spend the night, hotel shuttle stops at 11pm, took the airport shuttle as expensive as going to the zona hotelera which is farther an where the buzz and fun is. Nothing to do in this hotel nor around.

Low cost = Low quality

No internet service in the room. I could pick up a signal in the hall, but they were allowing people to smoke inside the building and the entire hallway was a gas chamber. Couldn't get an outside line to make a local call and had to go down and use the lobby phone. Rock hard bed and pillows and an air conditioner that shook the whole room while it was running. No sleep all night.

Great hotel. Not so great staff.

The driver who picked me up from the airport was quite rude. I was in the wrong spot when he came to pick me up and snapped at me when I finally found him. Once we got to the hotel I had $1 bill and $20s. I apologized that I only gave him $1 for a tip. His response was "Well, you can get change" in a very annoyed tone.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay. Really close to the airport. Hotel provided shuttle takes you there in a matter of minutes.

Great for a layover.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable rooms. But this is not a beach front or ocean close hotel. If you want beach front or to be nearby, stay somewhere else.
Cons: The elevator is extremely slow. I'm hispanic and one of the staff should not work there like the pregnant lady at the restaurant! Extremely rude!
Location: I found the area safe during the day. There is a 7eleven about 200 feet from the hotel. It is very well stocked for basic needs, such as bottle water.
I want to emphasize this is not a hotel to use for a vacation on the beach since this hotel is not close to the ocean or beach. It's a great hotel if you plan to rent a car, sightsee, take some of the many tours available in Cancun and vicinity or use it while your timeshare or beach front hotel room is ready or if your flight arrives too early for check in at your more expensive all inclusive or if you leave late or missed your flight and want a place that is close to airport and at the same time, its clean and comfortable.Having a car is a must since taxis are unionized and charge higher than in most of the USA. A 4 miles taxi ride to a close by mall will set you back about $15 dollars for two! This is just one way! Take the city bus which is right next to the hotel and for only SIX PESOS or about 0.50 USA money, go to Plaza Las Americas mall. You can shop and eat there at very reasonable prices. Just tell the driver: "Plaza Las Americas por favor", he will call it out. The bus stops right in front of its main entrance. Rent a car at this hotel for $50 USA a day with insurance, taxes and unlimited kilometers which is a good deal since in Mexico they actually charge you more for the insurance and taxes than for the car rental. The staff, as a whole is friendly and helpful. Some do not speak English but all that work at check in counter do speak English. This hotel is very safe. Rented three rooms. 4th stay at this hotel. For $ use ATM at the mall. Take your Garmin navigator!

I'd spend more next time and stay somewhere else!

Stayed hear because I had an 6 am flight out of Cancun. The restaurant was very small and looked like it was really only set up for the continental breakfast. Our only other option for dinner was a expensive taxi ride or burger king next door yuck!! The traffic was super loud because the hotel is so close to the highway. They also placed us in a room right next to the elevator which also provided us with very loud banging all night. Because I was leaving so early in the morning I wasn't able to take advantage of free breakfast or airport shuttle.
