“wonderful experience”

upon entering CROWN PARADISE it looked good. the driver of Best Day transport service said, welcome to kids paradise. it truly is a kids paradise coz lots of kids and families on the lobby. but no problem with that coz i have kids. our room view was amazing. were on the 5th floor it had the best views. always lock your balcony door coz its so accessible by the room beside you, not that i had problems, just want to be safe . the kids paradise was good, you can sign your kids in and you can go to the adult pool or somewhere. we tried the baby paradise for my 2 yr old, the sitter had to call us after 40 mins because if your child cries continuously for 15-30 mins they will beep you and you have to get your child. too bad for us. the pirate ship in the kids paradise needs repair, i told them ,they tried fixing it but to no avail, it needs major repair, so i dont know . the big pool was good, they also have an indoor pool which was the best to cool you off from the hot weather. the food in la palapa was good, we eat breakfast there everyday , they have different menus so thats good for us. the specialty restaurant La piazza and Fisherman was good, wayne's boots was a so so. always keep your towel card or they'll charge you $30 each, i overheard from someone checking out. It was my sons birthday they gave him a cake for room service which was awesome. The BEACH WAS ROUGH AT times. the weather was the best, it rained for like 5-10 mins a day and thats it. it didnt ruin our holiday.

“Amazing!”

This place was great! I was really worried traveling into Mexico with the current new headlines, but I felt completly safe at this resort. We were treated like royalty the whole time and everything we could ever think of or ask for was quickly taken care of. The service was excellent, the food was great, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and there is always some kind of activity to do. We only tried two of the restaurants - El Gallo and Wayne's Boots - we enjoyed trying all the food at the buffet. We really liked Wayne's Boots. It is a western themed place, complete with amazing steaks and mechanical bull riding!! El Gallo was good, but it was the same Mexican food they served in the buffet place, so it was only nice if you wanted to dress up and be waited on. We booked with the hotel's transportation for our airport transfer (Best Day Travel) and they were excellent! They were dressed like described, met us at the appropiate place, and then upon return, made it very easy to get back to the airport and to the appropiate gate as well. I very highly recommend them! I would definently recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a great one!

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very nice and always wanted to know how you were doing. The food was fantastic and drinks were as well! Two things that did bother me is that we did not have a mini bar in our room when we checked in but online it said we would. Also we were not told that 1-2 restraints a day are closed and rotate while you are there. Overall it was a great hotel and trip!

“Awesome experience”

the staff was friendly and helpful, they work very hard so the guess fell great, in the hotel, the deserve every penny they make, because they make tourist came back every year. i definitely came back, when i have the money and time, its not every day you can be feel and be treat it like a King.

“Great for kids!”

It is a great place for kids. They loved the Kids Paradise with all the water slides and the crafts availble for them. If you want to leave your kids there you are more than welcome so you can have a quite time. We didn't use this service since we brought my parents with us but is there if you want to at no extra change. Food is amazing. They have a snack bar near the pool and japanese food as well. I was not expecting much, but the sushi was great. Also you can eat at different restaurants at night: steak house, seafood, mexican, italian, and frech( adults only if you want a quite night). You just have to call 24hrs in advance and reserve. They all have waterview. The staff was really friendly and the entretaiment team had good activities at the pool and beach. At night they had a show and the kids loved it and if you still have energy you could go to the bar and sing some karaoke or play a game. Kids are more than welcome at the bar at night. I will definitely go back!!!

This resort is very good for families who have kid(s). There are a lot of great activities for kids comparing to serveral hotels nearby. The services and cleanliness of the hotel are very impressive. However, food are moderate. Management should server more selections and quality food. Hope they will adjust it. My family had a very great time there. We will definitely go back there again.

“Had a GREAT vacation at Crown Paradise!”

We booked our vacation for January 16 - 23, 2010. After much research and reading many reviews, we decided to book our vacation at Crown Paradise Club - Cancun. Are we ever glad we did! The staff was generally friendly and tried to help with anything we needed. Were met in lobby and offered a drink as soon as we got out of the shuttle van. Felt like we had just landed on Fantasy Island. Where was Ricardo Montalban? The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. We especially enjoyed Roger at the swim-up bar pool -- he is GREAT!!! The reservations for the restaurants were no big deal and had no trouble getting in at the restaurant when we wanted to. The restaurants were very good (except we didn't enjoy the Mexican one). Loved the French and Fisherman's seafood restaurants! The food at the outdoor snack place by main pool had good food as well, and the chicken strips at the Midway were to die for!!! All in all, I would highly recommend the Crown Paradise Club to anyone who is looking for a relaxing week to soak up the sun. It was so nice to have an all-inclusive and not have to worry about getting lost in the city, looking for a place to eat or going to an activity. For the price, it was well worth it. It is not a 5-star resort, but then you aren't paying for one either. The food was great, the staff was friendly and worked hard to make our stay an enjoyable one. Hope to go back again -- SOON!!!!

“Very nice place, Stayed Mar. 21 - 28”

This hotel was a great place to stay. Like all the other reviews said, it's geared towards families. The kids had a blast at the water park. The food was very good at both the specialty places and the buffet. The hotel was in very good shape, despite what some of the other reviews said. But keep in mind it's not brand new. They were re-doing all the side walks while we were there, and they were ALWAYS cleaning. We never left the resort so I can't comment on other activites. There are two bad things we experienced. The beach was almost completly gone and it was very windy (This may be seasonal.)
