Nice hotel great viewPosted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: the view, the pools, and the sound system in the suite
Cons: It would be the best if cooking oil and salt can be provided or purchased in a small volume package.
We were upgraded to ocean view suites with a spectacular view and a small but nice kitchen. The private beach is small but not crowded. The pools are bigger than that of the other 4-star hotel we spent the first two nights. It's great for family. The kids are more engaged here, both in the pools and in the children's playroom. The kitchen is very handy - we cooked our own meals. Don't shop in the attached supermarket though -- it's far more expensive than the shops across the street.

Overall not much to complain about. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was not as touristy as other hotels on the strip. We had a great experience there. The only recommendation would be to the restaurants and bar located in the courtyard. The drinks, specifically margarita, were made from mixers instead of fresh lime juice. We were expecting at least decent margarita in the country of origin.

Nice hotel right on a beautiful beachPosted Oct 25, 2014
Hotel restaurants are nice especially sea food but a bit on the expensive side. Typical of the area though.

Nice beachPosted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: The beach
Location: Is just around the corner of "Museo Maya"
Family oriented. Very comfortable beds. They have a children area really close to the pool. My room was a little too small but considering the price I paid I couldn't ask for more.

Nice place on the beachPosted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: It is on the beach
Cons: Rooms and suites should be separated. Period!!!
Location: Great location for my wife and me. Very nice, not crowded in October. Good part of the beach.
We were presently suprised with whole set up. Beach is 2 minutes from the room. Take a breakfast buffet. It's a good start of the day

Would stay again if travelling on businessPosted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Large apartments with full kitchens. Comfy beds and clean.
Cons: Its old and the area carpets needs changing, urgently. NO WI-FI IN THE ROOMS!!
Location: Great location at one end of the hotel strip but very accessible. Great, wide beach.
Stayed here because its located in the hotel strip and close to many restaurants and sport activities. The beach right behind he hotel is amazing! My wife and I paid US$85.00 including taxes and for that price per night, this hotel is a great deal. Would not pay a cent more... Hotel restaurants are brutally expensive so eat out in one of the many restaurants around.
