Search no further. This is the one. I'd have to get real real picky to find anything other than "flawless" about this place. I'd try others next time, but they cannot be better so we'll be back here for sure.

My girlfriend and I took our first trip out of the country and decided to go to Cancun. We couldn't have done any better for a first time dream vacation. The hotel staff was warm and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pools and numerous restaurants kept your day busy with enjoying different things to do every day there. We stayed for 7 nights and can't wait to get back for a 10 night stay next year. The beach was kept very clean as were the pools. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place, it is top shelf all the way. Run, don't walk to book your vacation here and have the time of your life.

We were on our honeymoon better than either of us could ever dream. everything was perfect from the massage on the beach to dinner on the beach. The food was great something for everyone the staff tries to exceed everything you want. we will go back in a heartbeat

I cannot express how happy I was with this hotel. It was absolutely amazing. My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary and had a wonderful and very romantic time! We have been to many adults only resorts and this is by far the best!!!!!!! Food incredible, pools incredible, bars incredible, hotel staff incredible!!!!

Excellence Playa Mujeres WAY exceeded our expectations. I have been to other all-inclusive resorts, but this one tops the others by far! The service is outstanding! We didn't even take any excursions because we were satisfied to stay at the resort. The variety of restaurants was impressive and martini bar was the best! We will definitely be returning!

We chose this resort base upon the over-the-top reviews/ratings, and we cannot think of any way that our experience could have been more pleasurable, romantic, and utterly relaxing! It really was 'Excellent!' From the fruit-scented, chilled face towels and champagne when we arrived, to the extremely attentive and friendly staff; gorgeous design, layout, and landscaping (architecture, modern sculpture, fountains, grass canopies, pools); fabulous variety of food and beverage offerings; and so much more, it was outstanding Our decadent, junior deluxe bedroom suite was on the 4th/top floor with a view of the courtyard. Along with the king-sized bed and fine linens, we had a extended couch filled with a variety of comfortable pillows facing a large screen TV and desk, which were adjacent to a fridge stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks (refilled daily and included in the "all inclusive" package). Modern art was tastefully exhibited on the living room wall, in the bathroom, and in the restroom. It had a staircase to a private outdoor, upper deck with whirlpool sun couch and shower. The indoor jacuzzi was large with powerful jets and faucets. The 24-hour room service worked like a charm (the French toast, fresh fruit, and coffee were highlights) and the 50 minute massages, plus free 1-hour hydrotherapy sessions (c. $125/person) were amazing! The skilled therapists, wonderful ambiance, and pampering were outstanding. We will definitely go back!

“GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!”

Great Spot! We were here for a wedding 2 months prior so we knew what to expect, but this time was completely relaxing, and allowed us to experience the entire resort. We ate at all of the major restaurants, such a nice variety, and plenty food to choose from on each menu. They go over the top with service and everything at the resort is very clean and well manicured. The pictures are a very good indicator of what to exopect. Plenty of top shelf booze, and the trips offered by the resort are perfect. We did one that left at 8:30 a.m right from the lobby, and had us back to the resort at 5:00pm with an all you can eat lunch at a sister resort on the Isle of Mujeres. We will be back for sure. Gotta love the Michael Jackson Show... Who would have thunk it! Fun Fun Fun!!!
