“Will definitely go back”
Awesome place and very courteous staff
“The best Thanksgiving we have ever had!”
The best Thanksgiving we have ever had! I am a 52 year old with a wife and 17 year old daughter. We stayed one week over the Thanksgiving holidays. I have stayed in club levels of these hotels: Westin in the Bahamas, Ritz Carlton in Jamaica, Crown Plaza in Greece. This hotel’s was by far the classiest. The views from the higher floors are stunning in every direction. Great breakfasts, fresh hors devours at mid-day, and again in the evenings. Beer all day long and open bar in the evenings. Staying on the club level we got free usage of the business room. The beach and nearby pools were the best I have ever experienced. The staff in all areas was helpful, intelligent, polite… The location is only a short walk to shopping, dining, night clubs, pharmacy (sells affordable beer and tequila), and several convenience stores with cheep snacks, etc. We paid for a club level suite with sunken sitting room and an ocean view, and got a hotel credit to spend over the 7 days. The beds were great and the cleaning staff was super. My wife and daughter were invited into the spa for several hours of free pampering. They had an awesome time. This place is correctly rated one of the Leading Hotels of the World.
“This was perfect hotel for us!!”
It was best hotel from what I stayed in the past in the various type of resort hotels. I strongly recommend this hotel with this value.
“Excellent but”
I think this is excellent hotel but club lounge is not so good. This hotel stuff are also excellent and they took care of us very well. If you are considering Ritz or this hotel, i recommend Ritz, especially if you'll use club lounge.
“chris and manoela”
the best hotel of cancun we recomended!!!
“A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH A GREAT STAFF & DELICIOUS FOODS!!!”
IF/WHEN BACK IN CANCUN AM TOTALLY STAYING @ FIESTA AMERICANA CORAL BEACH!!!
“Ruined Vacation”
I booked this hotel on the recommendation of a good friend who is a Cancun resident. She was not allowed to come to our room or to the pool to visit with us because of a hotel policy that non-paying guests could not be in the rooms or the pool area. Regardless of the fact that we were paying for room service dor us and her, were willing to pay for poolside drinks, snacks and spa treatments for these local guests, the hotel was inflexible and unaccommodating. I will not stay at this otherwise beautiful and perfet location again if this policy is not changed. Unbelievable and extremely disappointing. This ruined an otherwise perfect vacation.
“"Best hotel! I'll defenitely go back."”
Great hotel. Especially the hopitality. All the hotel staffs are so keen and educated.
“Toya”
I didn't have TOO many complaints about this hotel. There are more pros than cons. CONS: 1. bottle of water in the room cost about 5-7 US dollars...PRO: there was a convience store across the street. 2. Once we arrived to the hotel (morning time) we were hungry, decided to go downstairs to one of resturants, entered and the waiter asked "Buffet or a la carte", we went with BUFFET. They didn't have much of a selection so we ate scrambled eggs and potatoes and a dranked a glass of orange juice. Asked the waiter for the bill and bill stated 600 PESOS (50.21 US DOLLARS) for a party of TWO. I've never paid 50 for BREAKFAST and I travel ALOT. 3. When we checked out we had to pay a connection fee for using a calling card that we purchased from the store across the street. 4. The flea markets are annoying...they want everyone to go into their store but they all sell the same exact thing!!! Definitely talk them down on their prices especially if your a female because they will try to play a fast one. PROs: 1. Wonderful location and beach 2. Central 3. Staff very friendly 4. OMGGGGGG......SPA IS BEAUTIFUL......YOU have to go!!!!!!!! Its a building of its own 5. I'm pretty sure you heard "Don't go off the resort." DO IT! It wasn't bad at all. We went to Downtown Cancun on the bus and had no problem. Unless you go past downtown....visit Market 28.
