“Best hotel ever”

I stayed at the hotell last year and I loved it so much that I went again this year. Amazing view, beach and staff. I would go there again anytime and recomend this hotell to everyone.

nice location - beach, close to ferry, restaurants, bar and shops. very friendly staff. spa is worth every single penny; front desk could be a little friendlier but I have nothing to complaint, however.

“Fantastic Hotel with the Most Fabulous Pool”

Fantastic place to spend the vacation in Cancun! It has a very huge pool that is so fabulous and inviting and kid-friendly (max. depth 4 ft) that you want to spend most of your time in the pool rather than venturing out to the beach which is 50 yards away. My only complaint about the hotel is that they charge you extra even for very basic amenities such as coffee packets ($3 each) that are supplied with the in-room coffee maker.

“First Trip to Cancun”

This is a great spot. The ocean is a light blue, and the beach was very clean. Overall, the location was fantastic. The hotel staff was pretty good as well, and the hotel was very high-end, pretty much every room looks to have an ocean and/or pool view. The room was very spacious and we were on the low end for rooms. I think the pool was pretty cool too. The hotel restaurants are good, but kinda pricey. Still, you can walk to other spots and night life.

“Excellent Stay”

The service was impeccable. The hotel food was superb, however a little pricey. The beach was well kept and soft white sand. The hotel is located in an area where it is an easy walk to shops and restraints. With this hotel placed on a point the view is also excellent. We would absolutely stay there again.
