Enjoy the tantalizing turquoise waters of the Caribbean at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancun, a cozy 5-star resort where warm hospitality and personalized service are the trademark. The hotel bursts with thrilling activities for kids and teens and houses a gorgeous private beach with waters as calm as one giant swimming pool. Deeply concerned with safety and removed from hustling crowds, this resort is very much like an authentic Mexican village, which traditional architecture and quiet atmosphere afford all the privacy you seek. Moreover, its superb location in Punta Cancun makes it only 25 minutes away from the airport and walking distance from all the main attractions, the best nightclubs, restaurants and shopping malls. Awards Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún ranked among the top 1% hotels worldwide in Expedia’s 2008 Insider’s Select list and received RCI’s Gold Crown award in 2009 due to its outstanding scores in hospitality and housekeeping, among other categories.

“Hidden Gem in Cancun”
Excellent hotel in great location. Great value with charming pools and beach. Good for self-sufficient. Try Macambo seafood rest. nearby.
“1st time Cancun trip”
I believe there were a few negative reviews of this hotel &I can honestly say I'm not sure if those reviewers were staying at this same hotel. This is not: all-inclusive, in the middle of the 'party district', a huge metropolis of a hotel. It is/has: a very pretty beach and pool area, huge room (ours had separate living/dining areas, 2 balconies w/great views of the ocean & a well-stocked kitchenette-could've easily cooked meals there had we gone to the trouble of finding a grocery store) & relatively quiet. The bed was firm (we both like). Sheets were probably 100-count (burlap?) & that may have been my only 'complaint' - but the hotel was so quaint it more than made up for that. Has a nice little gym (we're very fit people &while the gym is not what we're used to, it had enough free weights to cobble together a workout, & a few pieces of cardio equipmt), a decent-looking spa area (we did not use). Only ate at the hotel's restaurant one night; it rotates through its weeknight 'specials' & we ate there on grilled fish buffet night. Food was comparable in quality to anything else we had in Cancun (even 'nice' restaurants are nothing compared to great restaurants in Denver area -just beware that food quality is on a different scale than in US!) & was a better value. It was about $50 US for 2 for an all-inclusive buffet &choice of fish grilled while we waited. Ate on little patio area by the restaurant, right on the water, with little tiki torches, etc. Romantic enough for us!
“very good stay”
a great location. We had a wonderful time there. Everyone was so nice, very close to everything,The staff at the Fiesta was great,so friendly and helpful with our stay, that made it alot nicer. rooms could be better, but for the price it was ok.
“crazy about this hotel!”
please read our review above.....rave review!!!
“nice hotel. bad location”
the hotel was clean, the staff was great and very helpful. Being in cancun was like being in a giant strip mall. As long as we stayed in the hotel we were fine. The pool was great and had many different depths and areas for my son to play. the beach area was beautiful but small. There were great beach chairs and umbrellas always available. The restaurant food was pretty good.
“Highly recommend”
Had a very pleasant stay after finally getting in Staff very helpful with our unfortunate situation
“I will go back”
Location was awsome , close to the happeninng and great restaurant and also close to shopping center. Definitely want to stay here .
“"Can't wait to go back"”
It was really amazing our experience at this hotel. Customer service is excellent; employees very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our staying there. We were really in a paradise: beautiful beach, ocean, pools, wet bar, activities, very nice, clean, and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view; what else you can ask for? You don't need to go somewhere else; We are planning to go back soon, and stay at this hotel; no doubts!! Can't wait!!!!,
“Won't be returning”
Poor customer service from check-in to departure. Most unfriendly staff I have ever met, Construction noise from early am to late pm every day. Everything is overpriced from restaurant to bar service and the food was terrible with the exception of pizza. Paid $50P for a small half glass of wine. $15 USD for a nasty bottle of wine in the restaurant that would probably sell for $1.99 anywhere else. Room floors were filthy, no screens on the sliding doors, 'no see-ums' everywhere including the bed. We were in a remodeled room which overall was lovely, however, the sofa in the livingroom was a daybed with no arms and only pillows to support your back. Our legs stuck straight out like sitting on a bed sideways. Nope, won't be going back there. I could go on...
