Perfect

I was there in October with my toddler and husband. We had a great time. They had events every evening, food was good, beach is very close, my son loved the kids pool. The shopping area and other activities are only a few bus stations away, easy to get there and safe.

Nice Hotel, a little far from the center of Cancun

Pros: the food
Cons: wifi charges
The food was great, the staff excelente, the room always was a delight, my only discomfort was the wifi, the fee they want to charge is ridiculous

Great All Inclusive!

The hotel and staff were wonderful. They treated you like Kings and Queens. Our favorite waiter "Irving" was the best and "Betty" delivered the best beach side beverages. The food choices had something for everyone's taste buds and we really enjoyed the change atmosphere the Marco Polo fine dining restaurant where our waiter "Salaya" took exceptionally good care of us. The baby sea turtle program that included an up close and personal experience with new born sea turtles was priceless. We relaxed everyday in the Adult Only pool and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere that the hotel created by closing the outside activities in the early part of the evening and allowing guest such as my wife and I to enjoy many quiet, tropical breeze and full moon nights. We could really do with less of the locals trying to sell their goods all day long on the beach and the time share sales staff disguised as "concierge."

beautiful stay!!

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Pros: staff, drinks,view, ocean
Cons: FOOD.
Location: canoeing, jogging, going out to the city, airport is only 15 min away max, going out to clubs, parties, the markets, the marina
Me and my boyfriend loved the hotel. We made an upgrade to a room with a view and it was amazing. the staff where extremely friendly not a single rude person. The drinks where good, the room was good everything was perfect. The one and only thing we did not like was the food. For a four star hotel we just didn't think the food was good. It was ok. My boyfriend barley ate to be honest because he just didn't enjoy the food, snacks. The food could have been much better everything is the same and just didn't feel like mexican food. Even though we didn't have a good "food" experience we did enjoy our stay and i would return in maybe a couple of years if they change there food. it was in a good location, everything about the place was perfect.

Great value for the cost.

With its close proximity to the airport the hotel was 4&3/4star value. Needs a few updates. But worthy value. Would recommend and stay again

Most everything was above average. Unless you want to be looking at an alley with the dumpster pay for the upgrade of the front Oceanview if you go to this hotel. Beware of the timeshare sales people. Unless you're looking for a timeshare. They charge you to use Wi-Fi $16 a day.

Close to airport

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was very close to the airport and a 30 minute bus ride to town. Nightly shows were very entertaining. Will definitely come back for a second visit.
