“Experience best that expected”

Just came back from a trip here and the hotel was great. Restaurants and buffets are pretty good (the best one are the Cocoa and the Mediterranean). Pool and the beach are awesome. We got a room in front of the beach, which made our experience even more worthwhile. Would definitely come back to this hotel. Employees and bar tenders where always helpful and tried to help us if we had any problems. Also, Aquaworld is fairly close, so you'll be able to enjoy all the fun activities (jet skiing, snorkeling, etc).

The hotel was gorgeous! I loved staying in the pyramid in the garden view room! Our room was cleaned everyday and loved having the wake up calls when requested.

This place was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly and the grounds were beautiful! There were many choices of restaurants to eat meals and the food was very good. We will definitely go back!

Been in Cancun about 15 times in last 10 years and stayed in many different hotels in the strip from Grand Oasis Playa, Hilto, ME, Barcelo, to Crystal and few in between. I have to say this hotel is one of the better hotels. This year was a little different being that I/we have a 21 month child. The pool is very accommodating for kids and even small babies. Rooms are very will air conditioned. I have 2 complaints: 1- No place to get away from the sun when at the pool or the beach. No beach umbrellas!!! 2- The buffet was lacking compare to other hotels that I stayed before.. (maybe due to off peak season but definitly lacking.) Over all had a great time in Cancun as always. Would go back to this hotel but there's still a lot of other hotels to experiance for us.

“Will definitely go back to the Grand Oasis All Inclusive”

We just got back from our trip to Cancun. We stayed at the Grand Oasis All Inclusive. Our room was oceanview but we had full view of the beautiful Cancun beach. Our room was extremely comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets snowy white. The restaurants and the food were excellent, a lot of variety. The employees of the hotel were helpful, polite and eager to please. We loved the fact that EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED, including beer, wine and even the bottled water. The beach was very clean as well as the pool area. I really enjoyed my stay as we were on a trip to relax and unwind from our day to day work schedule. Over the last 20 years we have been to Cancun, Playa del Carmen and many of the surrounding areas but only twice at an "All inclusive". We loved the Oasis the most for the location and informal atmosphere. We would definitely stay at the Oasis again.

“Great Vacation Resort :)”

We really loved the hotel! I mean there were some minor issues with our first night there when we walked in to the bathroom we saw that someone had gone to the bathroom and it hadnt been flushed.. so that was pretty gross. Also the extra blanket had some burn marks in it, we were in a smoking room but still that was a little rediculous. But other than that the staff was very friendly there were lots of restaurants that all were very good and it had its own private beach. The atmosphere was great, beautiful scenery and well maintained. Cant wait to go back :)

We chose the hotel for a little frightening comments about the disordered room, other rooms inconvenience, but nothing like this was - the room was nice and neat - has been rendered every day, even toilet paper each collapsible beautiful ornaments:) very neat hotel, especially pleasant staff. outside you can meet iguanas, peacocks. Swimming pools are perfect, there are three amazing swim up bars, countless restaurants offering a wide range of food from the buffets to the high-level restaurants. Only one restaurant, a prior reservation, and the pyramid located in cafes and restaurants - dress code for dinner. Hotel's enchanting surroundings - blue water as post cards, a lot of greenery and palm trees, a lot of pools. I can honestly say that it was the best place for holiday to choose, in the hotel we got everything we expected and much more. Above all friendly atmosphere, beautiful nature, blue sea water and perfect beaches, tasty food and good mood. Recommend this hotel guaranteeing that you will not be disappointed!
