“Outstanding! Beautiful place to be!”

Had the best time at the hotel! We got the oasis plus package. Great Ocean view! We went with my 3 children and boyfriend and had a great time! Great staff. They have a kids club with really great responsible staff. We highly recommend staying here. We are definitely considering coming back to Grand Oasis Palm!!

“Grand Oasis Palm”

Very nice place.. Every thing is close.. It is very loud at night, you can hear people coming back to there room. There are no balconies. Mini bar is drinks free, not the snacks Kids club is awesome. There is a restaurant that kids are not allowed at night. We stayed at the Grand oasis palms. The restaurant there are the BEST.Over all we thought it was a great place.

“Better than expected.”

Our expectations were exceeded at this hotel. Victor at the Cantina makes the Best margaritas!Juan at the Beach Shack was great with his creations. If you want to do excursions at a fair and honest price see Brad across the street and over the bridge beside the OXO store, he is wonderful. Some inconsistancy in info among the staff, mostly about times, when things were open until, when to reserve your dinner, that sort of thing. Food was quite good but not fantastic, so if you are a real foody, you might find it lacking. Rooms were nice good size, double sink in the bathroom, very clean and fresh, nice decor. Great view. Elevators are small, and there are only 2 so we would often hit the stairs instead of waiting. One guest told us he had his laptop stolen from his room, but he hadn't closed his door properly when he left the room and it was unlatched. He said staff was very helpful and took him quite seriously, he felt that it wasn't them at all, that it was more likely a guest being opportunistic. We felt very safe at all times (brought our 3 kids 11-16 yrs), but we are also aware travellers, not paranoid, but just careful. I left my Vuarnet sunglasses at the buffet one morning, and our waiter followed us outside to catch up with us to give them to me. Great place very enjoyable!

“PALM OASIS A GREAT GETAWAY”

i was a litlle leary because some of the comments i have read were not that good. Pleasantly suprisd. Hotel is immaculate! Service is outstanding. Food was pretty good for an all-incluseve. I found the meats tasty but tough, so there is plenty of other things to eat! If you tip a couple of bucks here and there the staff fall all over you

“Oasis palm beach”

Beautiful hotel located right on the waters edge. The staff was friendly and inviting. Also if you have a question and the staff didn't know the answer they would be quick to reach the person who could help you. A very pleasant experience to say the least.

“Would stay there again!”

When we first arrived we had 2 minor incidents. They put my friend and I in a room with a King size bed instead of 2 doubles. They did quickly get us a new room. The second ssue was that one of the only 2 elevators was not working. The one working elevator was extremely small, not air conditioned and very slow. The other elevator was fixed the following afternoon. The staff was probably the nicest, friendliest and most helpful of any place I have stayed. Every contact with the staff wasn't a pleasant one. They all seemed to really love their jobs and like the guests.

“Good stay”

There are two hotels connected together -Grand Oasis Palm and Oasis Palm (there are to front desks, but otherwise the same hotel), Grand Oasis and few more Oasises on south. It is very confusing, even local drivers are confused. Good food, good restaurants, good service. Ice cream stand! Outdated but clean rooms. Marina on site -it was a big plus for us, we did parasalling and jet-skiing. Across the bridge -ferry to Isla Mujeres, pirat ships, and some other activities. Overall experience -strong 4, would recommend
