We stayed here in July 2014. the staff are fantastic and very hard working. The buffet was great breakfast lunch and dinner. The fresh fruit and fresh juices were wonderful. I really recommend this hotel as it is very clean and everyone is willing to help and very friendly. .

Excellent location, great beach.Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: The staff, location, rooms and the beach.
Cons: The breakfast and lunch buffet can be improved. Evening entertainment is really, really bad and needs to be improved. Not everyone goes to the club
Location: Excellent location and within walking or riding distance to all the clubs or malls.
All the hotel workers were accommodating and professional. There was one bellman that took my bags to my room when I first arrived and he remembered my name for the next 11 days. I can't remember anyone's name for 11 minutes. The pool staff works very hard to make the guest activities as interesting as possible. They even convinced me to participate in the iron man competition. The next evening I sang "DIsco Inferno" at the kareokee bar and I wasn't even drunk. It was great fun.

Hands down the best hotel on the strip.Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: The hotel was modern, clean, and full of amenities.
Cons: Nothing!...except, the hotel has a really long name....it made it difficult to tell bus/taxi drivers where we stayed.
Location: everthing is at your finger tips.
The staff was overwelmingly welcoming, helpful, informative, and down to earth. The beach front was beautiful which made our stay even more awsome!

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CANCUNPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Friendly People, Great Food, Wonderful Staff!
Cons: Nothing at the hotel it was great.
Location: We spent one day shopping at a Plaza and Bubba Gump's and Margaritaville had a blast.
The room was beautiful, the people that work there are very friendly and speak English very well. Food is great and it is in a great location. This is my second time staying at the Grand Park Royal Cancun Caribe. Had a wonderful time met new friends and it was just beautiful. I will go back again and stay in the same place.

beautiful location but all-inclusive was a no!Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: location the view was incredible, the colors of sky and ocean sand was like powdered sugar.
Cons: FOOD buffet was COLD&GREASY
Location: Walked to an OUTBACK to get a descent meal about a mile
Was swarmed at airport w/ people claiming to be from best day travel pick-up to hotel.Don't believe them they are trying to sell you timeshares everywhere-even at the Grand Park Royal where we had the all-inclusive booking. If all you want to do is drink and stand in the pool this vacation is for you.Dont bother changing $ to pesos no need to,they rip you off w/ the exchange.Everybody had a relative they send you to buy stuff. At the flea market it was a "FEEDING FRENZY" book an excursion like Chichen Itza very cool if you are into the ancient history. But beware you will be followed by the people trying to sell you crap be carefull, some of the silver is not real.Listen to your tour guides. You can kindof trust them.I guess I was nieve booking this trip.I did not count on the food being a problem. We ate more room service food than the restaurants at the hotel make your reservations as soon as you get to the hotel or you too will be eating room service. The one night we did manage to get into one of the restaurants at the hotel it was "neuvelle cuisine" That means you have 3 dots on a plate for dinner,I almost laughed out loud and made the waiter bring me two dinners.I took a pix of it; it was so ridiculous.Found a drunk woman passed out on the floor outside our room, she moaned and then puked on herself.Found a dirty baby diaper by one of the luxory beds by the pool.Well I guess "you live and learn" it was more of a crash course.I will know what to expect next time if there is 1
