“Much more than we expected!!!”

We are a couple in our mid 20s and we just returned home from a 2-week stay at this hotel. We were honestly expecting the worst considering the price we paid, but it was GREAT! We booked this hotel so that we could spend our money on doing excursions instead of an sitting around by the pool at some "all-inclusive hotel." AND WE ARE SO GLAD THAT WE DID!!! The room was clean, the air conditioner worked great, the water was hot in the shower... basically we have no complaints! This is a basic room with a bed and a TV, but there was so much about this hotel that really surpassed our expectations. The tiki bar was inexpensive and had GREAT food. We ate dinner there a few nights and breakfast most mornings. Also, we had a refrigerator in our room which helped so much since we were there for so long. The one thing that really sealed the deal for us was when we realized HOW CLOSE this hotel is to the beach, nightclubs, and restaurants. We walked to the beach every day that we weren't doing an excursion. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't need the "thrills and frills" of a fancy all-inclusive resort. THIS WAS THE BEST VACATION WE HAVE HAD AND WE ARE DEFINITELY GOING BACK!

“Good quality hotel for a great price in Canucn”

10 minute walk to the beach/restaurants/clubs and not too far from downtown. Rooms are clean and a good bed. Looks more like boutique hotel with not too many rooms. Small and cute swimming pool with a view of the lagoon. Some minor issues in the room, but clean, spacious, well ventilated and I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel staff are helpful and cordial. Easy access to bus service as well. Located in a safe area tucked away on a street from Kukulcan Blvd.

For what I paid I was expecting a dump hotel to be honest and got a very nice surprize. It is a very nice hotel with a water view and a great staff and nice rooms.

Great place for the money. It has WIFI in the rooms and breakfast included. All the workers are very friendly. The hotel is closed to shopping areas.

“Royal Grand Lagoon”

It is kind of obscure to find, but once there I consider it a plus. Price included a light breakfast in a palalpa next to the beach. It is a small place, with easy close parking in a fairly expensive residential neighborhood. It wasn't great room, but for the price it was a great value. I woud definitely do it again.

I was really satisfied with the hotel & the price was awesome, the area was great too!! Shops were within walking distance the staff was very friendly & they offered free breakfast which was delicious. I highly recommend & will definitely stay there again.

“Perfect Location in Hotel Zone”

This hotel was amazing. It was super chill and laid back. All of the Student City promoters were staying there so that has to say something. The service was amazing. The little bar they had at the hotel had great food at reasonable prices. There were also little stores about 500 feet from the hotel that were really good and authentic. There was a supermarket right next to these restaurants where we picked up alcohol and other necessities. The hotel was easy walking distance to Coco Bongo, Senor Frogs, etc. DEFINITELY would stay here again. The room was actually a lot nicer than I had expected for how little I paid. It had a table in it that was used quite a bit over the trip. The beds were comfortable enough and the cleanup service was awesome.
