“Nice Hotel but....”

The service was excellent. However, I think expedia and /or the hotel should be more specific about the type or beach that customers will find. Unfrotunately, NOT A NICE ONE. Besides that.... very good location!!! and the service at the lobby was great!!! Congrats guys

“NICE HOTEL TO STAY”

IT IS A VERY NICE HOTEL FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO ENJOY THE AMENITIES OF CANCUN INSTEAD OF THE FACILITIES OF A HOTEL.

“I would stay there again”

I was really impressed with the service and the staff at this hotel. Everyone was really friendly and eager to help. The food at the buffet restaurant is good, I didn't try the other restaurants. The All-Inclusive option is definitely worth it if you're going to be around for meal times. The only thing I didn't like was the beach which can't even really be used for swimming in. However there are nice beaches nearby that can easily be accessed by the city's convenient bus system. The pool however is nice for relaxing in. The hotel also has nightly events for guest's entertainment such as karaoke, movie night, theater night, etc.

“Had a great time...will go back!!!”

The food was good...the drinks were great...the room was beautiful!!! The beach is not great, not the pretty blue water like it is closer to the hotel zone. The pool is amazing though. The all inclusive is definitely worth the money. The only thing that bothered me was that nobody knew when the other 2 resturants that you need to make reservations for were going to be open. They only take reservations from 7-3 pm even if they werent full they wouldnt take a reservation bc we called after 3...we went by the resturant that night and there was 15 empty tables :(. This hotel is not near the main hotel zone, so if you want to be able to walk to the party zone dont stay here. If you want relax away from the noise, crowd and chaos of the party cancun is famous for stay here like we did. We had a great time!!!! Oh and on expedia it says this a non smoking property but its ot, so dont worry about it if your a smoker like i did.

“Nice hotel, can improve”

I'm not impresed about the facilities of this hotel, it is clean and the staff is realy nice and kind, one of my favorit activities when I travel is having good meals, and this is not the place. In general terms is a good place to stay, mostly if you need to be near downtown, and you are expecting to spend time out the hotel.

“Lovely place”

They have the most comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are good size and very clean, but could use a dresser for your clothes. We had a ground floor room and could walk right out our patio door to the pool area and view of the ocean and marina. We asked for two chairs and a table for our patio and it was there within minutes. I believe all the rooms are ocean view with balconies or patios.

“Would recomend”

Not any complaints that are not typical.... The nightly entertainment was not as expected and could have been better. It states that there are 3 restaurants to choose from but they were not all available.
