Fantastic hotel in a great locationPosted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: fantastic location, amazing staff, and wonderfully clean facilities.
Cons: Better mattresses
Location: Near what we called restaurant row. There are a ton of places to eat around the hotel which was just a few minutes walk from north beach.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (thank you Adeymar!). It was in a great location a short walk from the marina and north beach. My only mild complaint was that the beds were a little too firm. Other than that, a perfect hotel!

Very friendly staff and clean hotel.Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: The staff were great and the Hotel was very clean.
Cons: Our room did not have a refrigerator , or alarm clock. The other room we rented did have them. chairs on balcony would be nice. Coffee pot also.
Location: Very close to North Beach, Ferry, and shopping.
From the time we walked into the lobby the staff made us feel so at home. The accommodations were great, rooms spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Myself, daughters and sister all loved staying at Bahia Chac Chi.

Hotel overlooking the bay and close to downtownPosted Jan 17, 2015
The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The rooms are a good size, with very nice bathrooms. Get a room overlooking the bay to have a nice view of the water. The only downside is it's on a very trafficked road, so sitting out on your room's balcony isn't incredibly peaceful. Hotel is walking distance to downtown Isla Mujeres and Playa Norte.

Albergo vista mare ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzoPosted Jan 12, 2015
Posizione ottima, a cinque minuti a piedi dal ferry. Vista mare, camere spaziose, confortevoli e pulite. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione continentale a buffet è un po' scarsa, ed il WiFi funziona in modo continuativo solo al piano terra, ma nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

Very clean and comfortable, Staff the Best!Posted Jan 10, 2015
Pros: View from room on bay side the best!
Cons: Heat the pool
Location: Walk to Bar Queen Beach Bar for umbrellas/lounge chairs, well worth $. Better than public beach.
Would definitely stay again. Isla is an island worth going to al least once for a Mexican experience. Make sure to use pesos, exchange on street if have to.

Middle of everything.Posted Jan 9, 2015
Pros: Clean and modern
Cons: Refrigerator in the rooms. All the doors must be slammed shut to close. English speaking staff.Better lighting.
Location: Everything the island has to offer is near by.
Hotel is in the middle of all the island has to offer. Only a few blocks from the ferry which is really a jet ferry that holds 200 people and takes only 15 mins. to get from Cancun. Shops everywhere. Restaurants everywhere. Nobody speaks English anywhere. Very expensive to eat and drink and there are no grocery stores on the island. I assume they do that so you have to patronize the local eateries which are the back yards of about half the population. No fast food. They nail you with dollars, so only use Pesos. Everything closes at 11:00 PM some close at 5:00 Pm. Lots of Latin American and European visitors. Very family friendly. Lots of couples. Singles, forget it. The traffic is horrendous and they will run you down if your not careful when crossing the street. And yes, this island has lots of cars.

Nice comfortable room. Close to ferryPosted Nov 12, 2014
Pros: close to everything
Cons: On occasion there would be sewer gas odors coming from the bathroom.
Location: Fantastic beach accross the street. Scuba diving good. Rode bicycles around the island. Good restuarants
Went for quiet and peaceful beach. Very friendly people. Rode bikes around island. Went scuba diving. Relaxed on beach. Lot of walking and seeing the island.
