“Isla experience was great”

We arrived early and was greeted by Efrani, although our room wasnt ready, it was only noon, he upgraded us to a bay view room...He held our luggage for us while we ventured into the village for lunch..Upon our return we were escorted to our bay view room it was exactly as described very clean and minimal..very comfortable space with a great balacony although there were no chairs or tables on it....it provided a great view of the sun setting over the bay as well as a comfortable breeze. The continental breakfast was fruit yogurt and toast....as well as juice and coffe...it was ample but could have been more substantial...THe hotel area wasin a convinentnet location and very quiet...Again i cant stress how helpful and courteous the staff was during our week long stay.. We would definitly stay at this hotel again..

“Best place to stay in Isla Mujeres”

I had travel to 5 continents, I know about good and bad service when I see it and this hotel is one of the best hotels. Hotel Bahia Chac -Chi is a modern boutique Hotel. It's located 100 meters from the ferry dock and a short 5 min walk to the North beach and dining areas on Isla Mujeres. We spend “dia de Reyes” and Miguel Diaz (Manager) invited us for Rosca de Reyes bread, which is a tradition on this day excellent! If you can get a Bahia room has the best view of the Bahia and sunsets are to die for! Make sure you visit their website since they have the best rate there. The breakfast includes fruits, juice, coffee and bread laid back and enjoy Isla as it was meant to be. If you desire a more complete breakfast there many little places you can have some for a few dollars. The staff is always willing to help and are hard working people will go out of heir way to help you find or accommodate your needs. We are sure we book this place next time we visit Isla mujeres.

“My birthday trip”

The Hotel Bahai was a great deal. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A simple continental breakfast of fruit, cereal and yogurt was offered daily. The pool area was nice. It is right across the street from the ferry. Walking distance to downtown and the beach. The elevator was not working but that wasn't a big deal since we were on the second floor. (It only has 5 floors.) I would stay there again.

“Best Hotel Service on Isla Mujeres!”

We have stayed in Isla before at different hotels and the thing that stands out the most about Bahia Chac Chi is the quality of the service, starting with all the of the staff that work there. They were always ready to assist you or attend to your needs. The hotel is only 5 years old so everything still works and is pleasing to the eye. The water front rooms have an amazing view with the sunset right off your balcony. The elevator is a plus for getting your luggage to and from your room. The morning breakfast is always available with fresh squeezed OJ, coffee and fruit. I would stay here again and highly recomend this hotel.

“COMFORTABLE!!!”

I just spent 4 nights at the Bahia this month. I love the location! It's on the main road, close to the ferry. Just far enough from the busy Hidalgo, but only a couple blocks to walk. The beds are amazingly comfortable!! Very simple room. Just what I need and nothing else. I'll be back in late July! :-)

“Perfect Hotel for a Perfect Vacation!”

The Bahia Chac Chi is a "perfect" hotel for a perfect vacation. The room was immaculate and the staff was most helpful, friendly, and most eager to insure that your stay was all that you wished it to be. Would I go back to this hotel? YES! We plan to return to Isla Muheres in August and will definitely be staying in the same hotel. Everything is so convenient from this location--the ferry, restaurants, shops...We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
