Good choice in Cancun

Posted May 9, 2015
Cancun is truely not our favourite town in Mexico, but if you have got. to stay there the hotel is a real good choice. It's in the centre and the bus station is near. The hotel provides everything you need.

Local family owned type hotel. Staff spoke little English but was easy to communicate with. Excellent alternative to hotel zone. You can take a local bus,(bus # R-1) to hotel zone and public beaches. Hotel is close to ADO bus terminal and 2 large supermarkets. The room decor is basic, but if you need a place to only sleep with a clean room at a great price this is it.

Small room, hard bed

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: Clean and friendly
Cons: More comfortable beds.
Location: Great location, close to shopping, restaurants etc.
Hotel is nice and clean. Room was quite small, and the bed was small for two people and extremely hard. Felt like a slab of concrete covered with a pad. Next time we will pick a larger suite that costs a bit more, but is more comfortable. Everything there is very handy to markets, bus transportation etc. Restaurant next door is excellent. We parked our rental car in front of the hotel overnight and had all four hubcaps stolen. Cost us a lot to replace them. (Not the hotels fault.)

Not all the staff speaks English

Posted Oct 8, 2014
When I check in at night around 8:00pm. I wanted to ask the staff for direction. We spent almost 45 minutes and weren't able to communicate to each other. We can only communicate using google translate, but it was very difficult as google didn't translate very well. (not sure whether it's due to typing mistake) One hour later, another staff showed up and spoke to us in English. The room was clean but a little bit old. It is located in a very convenient location.

Suite amplo e espaçosa, localização central.

Posted Jul 30, 2014 on Hotels

Close to downtown

Posted May 7, 2014
Close to ADO terminal for access from airport. Hotel staff nice and accomodating but little English so bring a phrase book. Hotel a bit outdated, oven didn't work and no microwave. Cobwebs on ceiling. A lot of noise from road and room very bright in mornings. The location makes up for this though and the cafe next door is very nice and laundry service very handy.

Awful location

Posted Apr 21, 2014
We booked 8 nights here but cancelled our booking after 2 nights and moved to Playa Del Carmen. Unless you're staying in a glitzy all-inclusive, avoid staying in Cancun! The hotel staff were nice enough, and the rooms were massive (and clean). The cancellation fee of 50% was very steep, but I guess they get a lot of cancellations!

Appartments fernab der Hotelzone aber doch zentral

Posted Apr 2, 2014
